Cons: no food. maybe ok for this price. boarding: why i had to checkin twive while using 1 carrier? that was mentioned on the ticket, but I oversaw that when was ordering ticket on website

Cons: It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before.

Pros: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.

Cons: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.

Pros: Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

Cons: The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

Cons: nobody replaced the toilet paper in the bathrooms, when it was finished. Checking in started later than normal.

Cons: Flight Delayed twice for boarding to and come BKK. Abit disappointed for not time. As.it ruined my initial planning and wasted so valuable time to visit new exploring place in bkk.

Pros: The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t.

Cons: The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all.

Pros: Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

Cons: You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this

Pros: We paid for a thai international flight which includes allowing us to use the lounge. We were told in china that WE was the airline not thai international and we could not use the lounge, had no baggage allowance other than the minimum. We chose TG because it was star alliance and we are permanent lifetime gold members. There is no reason to pay a premium for TG if it is not a TG flight and we cannot use the lounge or have a low baggage limit. The check in staff noted our bags were exactly 20 kgs each and said there would be a charge of USD45 per kilo if we had exceeded that amount. This is ridiculous given that we should have the same as UA or SG.

Cons: I have already mentioned the false advertising and poor service in china. TG cannot tell its loyal customers it is a TG flight and then charge for TG and then say it is not a TG flight. Nothing works right in China but i hope now that we are in thailand TG will honor its normal benefits to star alliance gold and platinum members. Otherwise, we wont fly TG any more.

Pros: Our train from Chiang Mai was 2 hrs late. Our taxi driver sped us as fast as he could, but we had only 15 min from check in to the airplane take off. The counter personnel were so helpful in calling the gate for permission to board. We ran across the airport and made it thanks to Thai Smile staff.

Cons: Vegetarian food option

Cons: I had a fracture in my leg several days prior to my trip so had to cancal all. My thai smile tickets were booked with vayama. They r the only suppliers whom declined my request for free cancaltion or even freeze our tickets.

Pros: The B787 between Taipei and Bangkok was very comfortable. Really amazing how much less unpleasant it is to be in that plane compared to others. Crew was fine.

Cons: No vegetarian food, only ground up piggies between Taipei and Bangkok. It was a bit weird that the flight was in 'night mode' in the middle of the afternoon (leaving TPE at 2pm).

Cons: For some unknown reason, Kiwi.com booked this as a self-connecting trip and now my luggage is missing (didn't connect). In addition, they CHECKED IN FOR ME and selected middle seats. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this service and disappointed in my kayak experience as a result.
