This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.

Pros: The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short. The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move.

Cons: As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water.

Pros: The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t.

Cons: The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all.

Pros: The seat was huge and super comfortable for economy. I slept very well on the overnight flight from Haneda to Bangkok.

Pros: The crew were faultless; looking after your every need - food choices in Business superb. And time for rest.

Cons: Never Kiwi.com again! Thailand to Indonesia both flights on AirAsia but they would not book my bag to final destination. In Kuala Lumpur had to go through customs (LUCKILY! no visa required) get my bag, go security line again, check bag again. Took over 2hrs stressed if I would make my flight.

Pros: Our seats were comfortable and the landing was smooth

Pros: I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar.

Cons: I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck

Pros: FOLKS PURCHASE EXCESS BAGGAGE WITH EXCESS WEIGHT ONLINE WHILE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE, THEY WARN YOU TOO AS YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS...other than that everything was so quick it didn't feel like the flight ever happened seriously

Also, this was our connecting flight - one in the middle of three flights going back to LA. For some reason, the gate attendant decided to have issues with my wife's passport, ticket, and greencard. All were valid. We bought the tickets and were in the middle of the flight, so it was late for any questions..... Took them awhile to determine that the greencard was really none of their business since we were flying through china and into the US on another airline. Luckily we were able to get on the plane before it left. Seems like the gate agents need better training on this.

Cons: this is the first international flight that charges you money for everything on board. hungry? purchase food. thirsty? pay for the water as well. even for the check-in luggage, you have to pay. so pay a little more and book a nicer-better airline. the crew is not professional and does not understand how to talk to clients properly. I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice.

Cons: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Cons: Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad.

Cons: Food and beverages are not free. Even water cost money so you might as well bring your own. Also they advertised free WiFi but as soon as logged in you have to pay.

Cons: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE" MISSED ALL FLIGHTS
