Pros: Ground staff is friendly and helpful during baggage check-in. Change of gate is notified via SMS & mail.
Cons: Air conditioning at departure hall was not working properly. It feels rather humid while waiting for boarding.
Pros: Took X Air Asia from JAI DPS on flatbed. Excellent!
Cons: The only problem was the attitude of the air crew when I asked them to help me put my luggage up. I am short - 150cm, no way I can put my carry on without help. It was not heavy, but their face showing dislike. Can’t they see that I am vertically challenged.
Pros: Air Crew was polite. Ground crew was the slowest and most inefficient group of people I've witnessed. There'd be 3 people working, but 2 of them would be talking to each other, letting the queues build up.
Cons: Ground experience was pretty terrible at the airport. Most likely I'd avoid flying through here again.
We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
