This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."
Kekurangan: "On a 14 hour flight, staying well hydrated is very critical and difficult. It would have been nice for the crew to make more frequent trips through the cabin to offer just water refills to keep passengers hydrated and reduce plastic cup usage."

Kekurangan: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again."
Kekurangan: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."

Kelebihan: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Kekurangan: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Pls ask ground catering to provide more non veg food The cabin temperature was close to freezing on the GOi-DOH international flight. No blankets provided when asked for blankets was told by the Indian air hostess on board the Qatar Airways flight that there is a shortage of blankets and they had to give children first Flight was at 3:50 am at this early tme pls provide blankets for all specially if it is freezing"

There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told."

Apart from one grumpyish woman on the second flight the majority of crew were exceptional and really went out of their way to serve and help."
Kekurangan: "I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated..."

The supervisor get a special mention as he helped me with eating my meals with a sleeping toddler and even held her for me while I spent a penny. I have never felt more cared for by a group of complete strangers in my life! Thank you. You literally saved my sanity!"

Kekurangan: "I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka."

The crew did not distribute the Sri lankan landing cards onboard. This caused some confusions for first time travellers as they had to cone off the immigration queue and went to pick the card up and to complete. Some foreigners were unhappy about it."

No barriers for travelers so that people stand in cue but no one was following lines as there were none.. Will never fly with Srilankan airlines again ever.."
