The entertainment system didn't work.
The entertainment system didn't work.
For almost 80-85% of the flight, The kiosk in flight not working. The charging outlets not working. Crew couldn’t turn off the main lights because the dimmer lights were not working. Food quality was horrible. The whole flight was not sanitized It had stains and dirt from previous passengers. Unfortunately it was my 6th trip in six months with Air India not one was pleasant. Cannot travel AI anymore.
It could have been on time. Food/Sandwich is so horrible in taste. Crew at the check in counter was so not nice.
Entertainment unavailable in my seat for entire flight. Several rows around me had same problem.
No entertainment option. Food was just okay.
Boarding announcements could have been better Entertainment is dated
Bathrooms was very dirty and bad smell.Nobody clean when plan was in Air. I never recommend any body fly in Air India. My TV was not working. AI was boring flight from JFK to Delhi. No bath room tissue in bath rooms.
Food quality and meal menu
Not all TV screens work! If its long journey, its irritating.
Priority to the senior citizens for boarding will be necessary.
No priority was given to the senior citizens for boarding.
Entertainment systems non existent! Most were broken. No pillows even though it was a long flight. Place was too hot.
Please atleast Change or install the new chairs. Very old and broken almost everything inside. It doesn’t feel safe to fly when you sit inside the airindia flight from and to JFK to DEL. Very old interior. It doesn’t seems like International flight. Seems like delux SRTC bus. So sad to see that as indian. Bcoz we are proud of being Indian and only Indian flight abroad.
TV’s are not working properly. Entertainment channels are not good for children, As it was a long flight of 14 hours, there should be at least medium level of entertainment
The flight atmosphere is good for elderly people.
Entertainment system is 0000. Wheel chair service in India is very bad & operators employes are corrupt & crook. So sorry for these comments.
tv screen not working charging port not working seat not reclining completely staff having dont care attitude.
I don't recommend airindia flight to anyone
I don't recommend anyone air india
They have hit rock bottom.
The entertainment screen didn’t work at all throughout the flight.
The screens are not working. No good service & not provided enough meals.
There is no option other than poor in the bad rating so I selected poor. I was really on Ai 104 from DC to Delhi. And Ai 544 from Delhi to HYD. 104 flight seat 18d where I sat for 14hrs was literally falling off at the base. I could lift entire cushion.from chair and I had adjust it whole flight. Service and food was mediocre which I could give benefit of doubt but entertainment system was down in many seats. My family includes 4 of us and we got 4 seats at different parts of flight and my kids are 5yr and 10yr old. Not just us but several other families got seats separate. And as if it’s not bad enough, I lost 3 out of 4 checked In luggages, which I personally checked out in delicious and checked back in for domestic flight. Interestingly I even got email message stating all 4 bags are loaded into the connecting flight but only one made it to Hyderabad. It can’t be any worse I guess but never know as I am still waiting for my lost luggage. Thought it would get better after Tata’s became owners but seems like air India became bad to worse.
Air craft was in poor condition from inside Missing screws metal covers were loose and hanging none of tv working
Business class seat wasn’t a flatbed. Suitcases were left out in the rain and were wet!
Only thing to be liked is direct flight which is on time. The food is really bad, the tvs are broken, mine were both ways, plane in bad shape. Don’t even ask for water for few hours when you board del-jfk sector.
I have no entertainment for my entire 13hrs flight. They run of food for me ask me to take other food which I don't like. Crews are not helpful to solve any of my issues. I will never flight Air India again.
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
