|Top route||Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Intl to New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
|Top airport||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
My seats were broken and tv didn’t work. It’s not good experience
Improve traveler desk and provide correct info to board
Flight attendant are not friendly Poor quality of food Planes condition are horrible how they can use such planes 15 hrs long flight There are so many other problems which I am not mentioning
As a business class passengers, we are supposed to get lounge. We sat at the gate for 5 hours. We will never travel again by Air india. Why pay so much.
EXCELLENT JOURNEY. THANKS.
Worst aircraft, entertainment devices didn't work for long hauler, crew didn't care much, checkin process is worst of the worst
Aircraft was in very shoddy state, broken seats, worn out cushions, broken entertainment consoles, broken seat trays.. list is too long. Terrible journey. Will avoid Air India in future.
Most of the entertainment consoles were not functional, and worse, were stuck in bright while screen with "Internal server error" displayed. Seat tray tables were bent or broken and slanted. Seat cushions were uncomfortably worn out. Overall the aircraft was in very shoddy state.
Excellent flight crew
The airline staff in plane were excellent
The flight experience, taking into consideration of oresent pandemic condindion it was hassel free.At delhi airport taking RTPCR test took long time because too much of crowd.Still i could manage to do it.I have got sufficient layover between my two flights. Some thing much has to be organise in order avoid further hassel to passenger. Thanks
The aircraft makes a lot of noise @the rear near the lavatory.
It's zero entertainment. Most of the TV are not mine. We are family of 3 people and no ones TV are working
We need to board a different flight because of technical difficulties.
Cleanliness has to be improved, food as well
Broken seats, malfunctioning equipment and meals that were ordered a month in advance were not served. Luckily had brought my own food or else would have gone hungry.
After vaccinated 2 dozes in April 21 in Pune not allowed to board in plane on 15/8/21, Covid-19 RTPCR Test done, on 13/8/21 .results to come before reaching Delhi. Please refund money. You are allowing in Mumbai train, 2 dose vacationed person in Train.
Crews done good job onboard. Ground stall poor service
Good overall. No business lounge access is a sad part
Air India played some games. They cancelled the flight on us, and moved us out by a month. When we asked to change the dates, there was no availability. So I ended up cancelling my flight, however on my original date of travel the flight flew. I wonder if AirIndia is playing games with us and cancelled our tickets alone.
Security check process was slow and in efficient.
General upkeep of the flight could have been better. One of the toilet in economy class stopped working within 3 hours of the flight. Selection of movies in regional language is not adequate. The monitor was not functioning properly. Map feature not working.
Entertainment screen did not work (that was true for half the passengers). Toilets were not cleaned. Seats were broken. Tray tables were broken. DO NOT FLY AIR INDIA
The flight was overcrowded, the pre-selected meal was not available and on top, it was delayed by more than 40 minutes
Other than TV everything was good
Inflight service was good but no the TV screens
Pros: Overall experience was excellent.
Cons: 1)They should served lunch before as the flight landed at 1500 hrs local time. 2) Also they kept on announcing the expected landing of flight >2hrs. keeping the passenger on high alert for a long time, which I felt was not appropriate. 3) The route map was not functional throughout the flight duration.
Pros: Crew was little nice and helpful
Cons: 1. Good tasted like it was spoiled 2. There was a bad smell inside the airplane 3.boarding took forever 4. There was no entertainment system in 15 hour flight
Air India bases the majority of its international operations out of its primary hub in Delhi. Flights are common throughout Asia and the Middle East, while services are also available to Europe, North America and Australia. The scheduled network spans across more than 30 countries and the United States is one of the most prevalent with 5 separate destinations. A secondary hub in Mumbai focus on domestic flights within India.
As a member of Star Alliance, Air India partners with carriers, such as Turkish Airlines, Air China, United Airlines and Lufthansa, to offer customers efficient transfer times and greater departure options. Separate codeshare agreements are in place with Hong Kong Airlines, Japan Airlines, SriLankan Airlines. Air India Express and Alliance Air act as subsidiaries, narrowing their attention towards budget-conscious regional travel within India.
Airbus and Boeing are the preferred manufactures of aircraft for the fleet. Boeing planes, such as the 787 Dreamliner, are preferred for long-distance international flights, while narrow-body Airbus airliners like the A320neo are chosen for shorter routes within Asia. A rising sun with a red background is emblazoned on the aircrafts tails, while some of the fleet have Star Alliance livery.
Passengers can choose between Economy, Executive and Business Class. Economy provides a comfortable space for budget-minded travelers, while Executive Class offers more legroom and is perfect for those traveling for business. In First Class you’ll find a cabin arrangement that ensures you either have a window seat or aisle access, with flat reclining beds. The First Class section has space for only 12 people, resulting in a private and peaceful journey.
