|Top route||Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Intl to New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
|Top airport||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
The Flight was delayed. They didn't notify. I was stranded, and was roaming here and there with my hand luggage at the Delhi Airport. After 2 long hours, someone finally found to escort me out of the airport to the hotel. Even at the hotel, we had issues with food bill payments. The hotel AC didn't work. The hotel bathroom was leaking of water. The hotel fridge didn't work. In the airlines, the entertainment system didn't work. Everything was self-service. The flight was old and shaky. This is the most horrible experience in any airline whatsoever. Despite being a patriotic Indian, I have blacklisted Air India from my future travels.
Contrary to popular belief, Air India is no longer the armpit of the aviation transport industry. It’s a world class change from the TATA’s to privatize & rejuvenate the previously government run airline.
Cons: Seats were horrible, Tv was broken,
Pros: with 23 years old aircraft, I expected the seats are not comfortable. Same with the entertainment screen, it did not work for almost half the flight and after that, it started working like 1990s PC. The meal okay compared to other flights. From Ahmedabad to Delhi, there was no meal.
Cons: The attitude of check-in staff. The Check-in lady was rude to talk, felt like she does not want to help me, answered my question after repeating it 3 times. Also, at the boarding gate, same staff.
Pros: Food and crew was excellent.
Cons: Entertainment need to be improved with touch screen equipment.
Pros: Crew was very good and food was excellent.
Cons: Entertainment need to be improved with quality equipment.
Pros: The itinerary and the fact that the flight was uneventful was the only good part.
Cons: The gentry itself
Pros: This is a state run airline. The only thing that was good was the itinerary.
Cons: The gentry always sucks
Pros: Most important job of moving people during pandemic is no easy and AI is doing it on timely manner.
Cons: Aircraft maintenance
Cons: can't help
Cons: garage service
Cons: old aircraft. entertainment system was old. Couldn't charge my phone. flight attendants weren't responsive to my call.
Pros: Nothing. Aircraft was old. Entertainment system wasn't working well. Flight attendants didn't seem to care much about service. They didn't even notice or come to my location when I turned the flight attendant light on
Cons: Entertainment system needs to be fixed. Couldn't even charge my phone. Aircraft needs to be upgraded. It's too old. Flight attendant's need to be nicer and attentive.
Cons: Worst ever customer service
Cons: Worst customer service
Cons: Security check-in, Food and providing entertainment.
Cons: Everything Sets, lights, bathroom, food, service, Lots of maintenance issues
Pros: Nothing was “great”. Food was reasonably good. The staff was courteous enough.
Cons: Delay for 2 hours after boarding, with no Air conditioning. That’s unacceptable. The entertainment system not working even after resetting by the crew. I was told many seats had the similar problem !!
Pros: Crew was good. Seats suck. Mine was not even working. Had to call the crew 4-5 times to recline and upright.
Cons: No wifi, no entertainment, bad seats.
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Very poor boarding process with unnecessary security checks at the gate with long lines, no priority for business class passengers, old dirty seats, had to ask for blankets and basic amenities, service was poor. Not up to standards for other airlines for business class travel
Pros: Food was good
Cons: No entertainment options, dirty seats, minimal space between seats in business class- expected more from a business class travel- did not meet expectations
Pros: Crew was excellent serving food and beverages when needed. Answering and helping with toiletry needs too
Pros: Crew was answering and helpful.
Cons: Entertainment if not available should be able to switch the power off
Cons: Clean bathroom
Cons: Upon arrival was told that pcr test is required. Airline did not communicate this in time to me. Asked air india staff to change/rebook ticket. They told me that i have to do it online. I went online there was no option to rebook. Sent an e-mail with booking ref for date change agreeing to even pay fare difference, no reply received from Air India. Pathetic service
Pros: The seat was spacious.
Cons: They could have provided a pillow. The entertainment choices was very poor.
Pros: They were ok.
Cons: I think so.
Pros: Seat was not at all comfortable. Checked in bag was found damaged when it arrived at belt in kochi. Officials didn’t bother to lodge a report.
Cons: Crew was not helpful
Cons: Crew sounds mean and lies often Why do they have to lie???
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
