Cons: Best flight ever and I recommend to have it again in the future

Pros: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Pros: It's ok for business class. Crew and boarding is Pro smooth.

Cons: Entertainment options are limited. Food could be better considering its business class.

Pros: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Cons: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Pros: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Cons: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.

Cons: The portion of the Arabic language expression on the live flight mapping software should have been minimized.

Cons: I didn’t get a hotel despite having more than 12 hours transit. I was told I don’t qualify for hotel stay but didn’t get the reason why

Pros: The Q-suite is exceptionally comfortable and the door really does make a difference. I usually have difficulty sleeping but the isolation from aisle traffic and ambient noise reduction was enough to allow some very good sleep. Staff experience was also exceptional - friendly and highly competent, looking to go the extra mile. Food was great and full menu available upon request.

Cons: I did not find a gap

Cons: Service not very attentive, had to repeatedly ask.

Pros: My FA from IAH to DOH was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable the whole flight
