Flight was excellent. Transfer from one airport to another airport for a connecting flight was difficult and stressful.
I loved everything about my experience!!! The staff were absolutely incredible. I can not wait to fly again with them.
There is no entertainment on the media service provided, most of the Indians would love to watch Bollywood movies.
Suite lounge in Honolulu is the best lounge in Honolulu. I love the huge bathrooms in ANA first Class on the A380 Honu plane. Japanese meal was outstanding and service was amazing. Everything was just excellent. Can’t wait to fly again
Food looked great but did not taste all that good.
Flight was late boarding. United crew were not friendly and cordial unlike the ANA crew.
Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome
The food was not great and the seats you need a little bit more space to put your things down around you: the blankets and toiletry bag were good. Flight was on time and bags etc no issues

My seat had many issues. First the chair was broken where reclining was difficult. My usb plug was also broken so charging was impossible.
The flight from Hong Kong to Hyderabad didn’t have any power points to charge my mobile. Given we are no longer allowed to use power banks, giving customers the ability to charge even on short flights is critical part of the overall experience.
The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.
The flight experience was good for a long flight over the pole, but it got my wife to the Far East in time.
when i ask for help all the crew members had a look like why are you calling me? very terse and rude.
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.

Poor links to cathay meaning it's not possible to check in online or reserve seats. Incorrect information provided by cathay regarding check in and transfer at HKG. Delay in flight required is to be escorted / run to make the connecting flight and no opportunity to use the business lounge. Luggage did not make the connection so we arrived in Manchester with no luggage
There could have been more options on the entertainment section Nothing was available for non English speaking passengers
Crew was very good, but could have checked on us when meals were not being served also.
The desk crew at the LAX crew could do better. A girl named Mahesi was very abrasive and unfriendly. She needs a better customer service uproar.
IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
