Pros: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Cons: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Pros: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Cons: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Cons: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Cons: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Cons: When boarding from JFK the plane was like a Sauna. The ACs were not working till the plane took off. So for an hour we were in a hot Sauna in an A380 supposedly the best airplane that Emirates has. That has never happened in Emirates flight earlier btw

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Cons: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Cons: 2 luggage missing, I was told by Swiss airlines I would get them the next day, because they were left behind in Zurich.

Pros: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.

Cons: I think staff could do better ,I think Emirates should aim for excellence I think they still need more efforts to reach excellence ,for me Emirates is number one airline world wide

Cons: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.
