Boarding at Istanbul airport is pretty good. The seats on the A319 are easily the smallest and tightest I’ve ever flown. I’m 1,82m and knees firmly against seat in front of me, as upright in seat as I could get. Very uncomfortable
After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work
Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service
The flight encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food is outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing is the flight path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flight since it is a long flight. If the crews coming around with water instead of us going to the crew area asking.
Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
