Nothing luxury about Turkish airline compared to many other airlines

Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions

I love it, the internet is bad even i paid for it

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

Horrible customer service , employees are rude , angry and can’t speak any language other than Turkish well,

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

The only good thing about the flight to Tel Aviv was the food. The seats were uncomfortable for business class. The worst experience was on the day of return. My flight was delayed for 6 hours, therefore missing the connection. The staff at the help desk in Tel Aviv were very disappointing, displaying lack of respect and support. Poor communication with customers regarding their concerns and alternative flights. It took almost 5 hours to find me a flight back to Los Angeles, even though it was clear that there were business class seats available on other star alliance members. I will never fly Turkish airlines again, never!!!!

The staff was very inattentive, asked for wine before luch and after 30 mins the lunch came and i Asked about my drink and they said they gVe it to s else. As thing with tea after few hours, got the exact same reason from another gentlemen. It was a similar experience on my way to istanbul on sept 12th
