Miss the flight because of the delayed flight from hcm. Have to wait 15hrs to the next one, bad condition while waiting
Great space. Easy to get on and off plane.
Movie/media monitor did not work. Selection of movies and audio were very limited Takeoff very shaky cabin- scary
Need food to take with medication they served us one meal at the very start hen the next SEVEN hours later and had nothing available in between I asked three times for medical purposes before Rhett went to first class for a freezing cold piece of bread.
They lost my luggage.
I liked the price the best. Also, the total hours of flight time, layover time, was good. Lots of choices in movies, too.
I wish they had more chicken dishes, as chicken is all I eat in non veg.
Fast-tracked us through Shanghai airport with a personal handler for a tight connection. He knew all the back routes and which border agent could put us first in line. No problem even though connection was boarding as we were disembarking arrival flight. Lounge at JFK superb.
No control over air con vents at seat. Plane uncomfortably stuffy for us...asked to turn down temp and they did for awhile.
It was very unorganized & when asking for information the staff members of China eastern were unhelpful & unreliable & Very UNORGANIZED!
Food and crew very good in Biz Class.
Seat do not go horizontal. Not very comfortable for sleep.

Food and drinks are really sub-par
It took FOREVER to get our boarding passes. We did wind up checking our bags, but there was no option to do self check and have boarding passes printed at a kiosk, so everyone had to go through the line and the line was incredibly slow. There were just as many lines for people who had checked in online and just needed to drop their bags - this made no sense to me! There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in.
It wasn’t unpleasant
M&S should be ashamed to put their name to this dreadful selection of food. EasyJet has a more varied selection for gluten intolerance. The boarding experience could not be more anachronistic - every gem and precious metal under the sun is given priority (emerald card??) and it is just about left unsaid that the final people allowed to board are the Plebs. What a dispiriting experience and one I now have to repeat after the demise of Monarch, who were so much better.

A short flight on a small plane.Smooth flight, smooth, smooth landing. Although the flight was delayed, the passengers were kept informed as to where the plane was and the expected time of departure.
No movies to watch, they told us to download their app and we would be able to watch movies. Tried to download the app on my phone without success, then tired to download the app on my laptop, again no luck. The staff had no clue how to help me, really old plane.
