Out of Guangzhou (CAN), the food was dreadful. They cannot make decent coffee, either! They did have UHT milk instead of powdered creamer for the coffee, so that was better than usual! Once the flight attendant rebooted my non-functioning entertainment system, it had quite a bit to offer.
Seated in the last row, so the seat would not recline so much as an inch. On such a long flight (something over 14 hours), a hard, cramped seat is difficult to endure. Aircraft was filled to bursting, not a single vacant seat. With so many people, boarding could be better organized. Not the most experienced or competent of pilots, either. Could not handle crosswinds landing at JFK, so it was a rather hairy landing, weaving down the runway.
Out of Phnom Penh, the roll was good, but then Cambodia is famed for its French bakeries. The fruit included fresh dragonfruit, a favorite. The rest was really rather disgusting.
Crowded flight - very cramped seating. No bench, stool, or anyplace to sit in the smoking room at Guangzhou, but they did seem to have air extractors or something because other airports (e.g. Doha) are totally dreadful. No jetway to deplane, and stairs are a bit of a problem for me. Staff oblivious! Another passenger helped me down the stairs.
Everything was great.

They broke my luggage, and refuse to pay.

The boarding was seamless. The process used leaves very little room for error and speeds up the time for takeoff.
This was the second flight out (we missed the original connection). By it being the next flight out we lost a night in Accomodation's that was already paid for with no chance of reimbursement.
Once the flight was boarding/ boarded it was seamless. The crew were more than happy to meet or exceed your needs with snacks/ meals, blankets and even drinks.
Flight was delayed 1hr and 50min and the supervisor was less than accommodating even after my wife and I had told her we had 2more connecting flights this was going to affect. Due to the delay, we spent an additional $211 on flights and spent the night at the airport.
I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me.
the last part from london to milan was not great they did not offer coffee or water and the crew was very unfriendy
