Inflight entertainment is limited. Boarding process is delayed and interrupted.

The flight was delayed and changed of boarding gates without notifying the passengers; no updates on electronic boards. Everyone had to wait for a very long time and tired. No food was served even though our ticket covered a dinner set. I got to my hotel after midnight. Terrible experience with this flight
