Pros: Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful, comfortable and very clean.
Cons: Service in dining room was poor. The manager told me I was reading the menu incorrectly, then once I pointed it out to her, she acknowledged I was correct. Later came back to tell me that I should remember for future reference that what was printed on the menu was actually wrong and what she told me was right!

4.0 Okay
Pros: Superb location in Boston on Boyston St and within few minutes walk of all main shopping , art galleries , eateries & Boston Common . The young lady concierge Stephanie was excellent in terms of professional , polite , informative and great personality .
Cons: Everything else - the hotel is in need of complete refurbishment , the breakfast is poor , my room #1123 was cold and noise constantly emanating from a/c & heating unit and whatever plant & machinery was adjoining the room . The staff were disinterested , unprofessional and had no personality . I don’t recall seeing any senior management overseeing staff . My colleague and I walked out the bar after waiting 15 minutes to be served and it wasn’t even that busy - bar staff seemed content to just serve small number of regular customers that they knew and ignored us completely .

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Room 419 heater did not work. It was freezing and engineering told us the the temperature was 75 degrees when it felt like 35 degrees. Heater was fixed after two hours; however, the heater was so loud, like an airplane engine.

Cons: I requested a half day extension but they unfortunately didn't accommodate us even though I checked to see if they had available rooms and they did. The bed was a little uncomfortable and they had the typical duvet sandwiched in two flat sheets, which I quite dislike in American Hotels.

Pros: Great location and comfortable bed. It is connected to the prudential center, so it's super convenient.
Cons: There is an open-boxed soap in the bathroom!! And when we called the desk, they said the cleaning service is closed so they will clean up tomorrow--they refuse to clean and say it without an apology. I really don;t appreciate that and I did not expect this quality of service. But it is the 1st day of the trip, the rest of the stay is pretty good, so I guess it's just that person annoyed or something.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, especially if wet and windy sub freezing temps
Cons: Wish TV's were on weather, ESPN, and local Boston stations in all public areas. Most people I talk to don't like the 24 Hr 'BREAKING NEWS' REEL, boring and not uplifting!

Pros: I've had many fantastic experiences at the Fairmont. The staff is very nice and the amenities and location are good
Cons: This was not one of my better experiences at the hotel. The room we were first checked into was missing privacy curtains. We were told this would be fixed. When we got back to our room at 1 AM it still was not resolved and we had to switch rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The character of the rooms was outstanding. Made you feel like you took a step back in time but with the modern day conviences.
Cons: Front desk staff was not as helpful as I would have expected. Was told I would receive a text confirmation of when my room would be ready....I did not receive so had to check back.Same with reservations for dinner. Never got confirmed. I had to call them.

Cons: The hotel walls were paper thin. A wedding party stayed at the hotel that night and it was sososo loud!!! We could hear all of their conversations from midnight till 3am. Also ask for King or double beds. My husband daughter and I slept in a Queen.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all around amazing. From check in to check out and brunch at OAK.
Cons: Location is a bit far from downtown, a $7 Uber or 20min walk but the walk is a great way to see the area.

Pros: the location was great. very pretty lobby and bar
Cons: the room was small. the hallways upstairs were a little creepy.

Pros: location
Cons: The hotel was ok but the information on the advertisement was misleading. We paid for a certain room and when we got there they said that was not available and admitted that the picture in the ad was not accurate. We were finally given the room we wanted
6.7 Good
Pros: In room dining was very good.
Cons: Too much noise outside coming from the heating system. Stayed on the 4th floor. Will request room higher up. No shampoo, bath gel, conditioning. Noticed it early morning and didn't have time to call for some as I had an early flight
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well maintained, staff is great, rooms are always feresh and well maintained
Cons: Not necessarily the hotel but for the price we paid the room was small and tight

Pros: The rooms, the Oak Room, the ballroom staff and location! Big time hotel, small time feel!

Pros: It"s located very central, within easy walking distance of central Boston. The reception is helpful and welcoming, the space itself pretty cool, with the murals, and gas fire and cafe. The room was nice, good bed, clean, crisp sheets, good chamber staff, very helpful. I liked the own brand bathrobe, so bought one! The bathrooms are communal, male/female. Would have loved an ensuite, but they were very well maintained, very clean, and bright, with strong, easy to operate showers. Did"t get a chance to use the gym, next time!

Pros: We really loved everything about this property. The location was amazing and close to everything, almost everything in walking distance. It was cool and quirky— everything that we love. We were also on our honeymoon and the hotel made sure to make it extra special for us! Also on the days that it rained the hotel had umbrellas supplied for us which was great.

Pros: The Revolution Hotel was so awesome! I had the best stay. I opted for the single room with bathrooms down the hall. A bathroom was always available, they were clean and taken care of. Plenty of towels and shampoo, soap and conditioner was provided! They are your own bathrooms so you do not have to worry about anything (includes a shower, toilet, stool, place to hang things.) In your room they even give you a ROBE and SLIPPERS which I was not expecting and a tote bag to go back and forth between the bathroom to carry your stuff. A water station is outside the room as well with ice to keep you hydrated and my room had a cute desk and sitting area with fun accessories! The staff was SO friendly and welcoming and the people staying there were great too. Awesome location and affordable. Cool design and interior too. And the bed was so comfy. Amazing pillows! 10 stars!

We were also on our honeymoon and the hotel made sure to make it extra special for us! Also on the days that it rained the hotel had umbrellas supplied for us which was great.
Cons: We stayed in the King with the bathroom and with all of our luggage there wasn’t a lot of room left. We wished there was more storage so we could take out our clothes instead of living out of a suitcase— but that was just a minor inconvenience. We are also from California so we are not used to the Boston cold. Our heater never went up higher than 69 despite letting the staff know. Overall though, it was an amazing hotel and we would recommend staying there to anyone.

Pros: The towels were nice and fluffy and seemed very clean and we’re replaced daily. The bathroom seemed quite clean although small. It was nice to have 2 free bottles of water. The complimentary breakfast was nice.
Cons: I wasn’t sure if the bed coverlet was laundered after every guest therefore not sure if it was clean. The room was crappy, did not have enough space to lay down our luggages for opening.

Pros: The hotel staff was very attentive, welcoming, and did everything they could to make our visit a pleasant one. Wonderful location. Adjacent restaurant was very good. Enjoyed seating outside and people watching.
Cons: Whenever the air conditioner was on (and since there was a heat wave, it was always on), the vent blew directly on the bed. This design flaw caused the cold air to blow directly at the bed all night long.

Cons: The shower was great; however, the space between the toilet and sink beside the shower was extremely limited. Also no counter space what so ever in the bathroom to utilize while getting ready. Pros: Friendly staff, bar downstairs was lovely, bed was comfy and rooms were clean
Cons: The rooms were small with little storage space. WiFi wouldn’t connect for the entirety of my stay and a number of the TV channels didn’t work due to weak signal which meant that we didn’t make use of a lot of the facilities charged on amenities tax. Pros: Ecletic furniture. Friendly informative staff. Loved the bar And grill adjoining the lobby-- very convenient and open late.

Cons: The size of the shower is ridiculous. It's so small that the shower courtin sticks to your body no matter how you showe. They should get rid of the useless tiny glass decorative panels and put a curved shower courtain. There were hairs in the shower.

Cons: Not much to dislike. No onsite restaurant but there are so many nearby that didn’t matter, and really wasn’t necessary. 2 blocks from Newbury street and Stephanies as well as a dozen othe places to eat and shop! We walked everywhere!

Pros: What I like is the spacious private bathroom.
Cons: Safety. The fire alarm went off because of a malfunctioning boiler when I was there. I didn’t had a chance to take my breakfast since I need to go early to catch my flight, breakfast starts at 7:10. The staff did not even offer me coffee when I checked out at around 6:30 am despite it was already set up in the kitchen. Despite the fact that I told the staff when I checked in if I can have an early breakfast, they just dismissed my request.

Pros: Everything. The staff are amazingly helpful, they couldn't help me enough, the room was the best I had stayed in through my trip including Hilton's in New York. The location is fantastic, easy to find, so many public transport links, yet you can walk to everywhere (I spent a whole day just walking Boston without using transport and easily made my way back to the hotel even from the USS Constitution monument) I plan on returning to Boston and definitely will stay here again. Best few nights sleep i had throughout my New York/Boston trip and highly recommended, especially as a female lone visitor, I couldn't have felt safer or more looked after. Really can't commend the staff enough, they solved every issue I had with a big snow storm coming and had plenty of time for me. Made my trip.

Security at night is excellent so you don’t have strangers wandering in hotel. Near the bus stop back to the airport.

Pros: The location was very convenient for my visit to a Berklee student. The lobby was very cute, nice fireplace and mid-century modern coolness. The woman at the desk, I forgot her name, was LOVELY. Very welcoming.
Cons: The minute I started walking down the DARK, low ceiling hallway to my room, I started to have my doubts. The room was a nice size. The shower curtain has seen better days. The bathroom fan was LOUD, and had to be on to have light.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Walking distance to Symphony Hall and Prudential Center.
Cons: Can’t control the heat and air. Freezing day in Boston and it would have been nice to be able to control the heat.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and helpful staff
Cons: Public areas badly in need of a facelift. Some areas could use some painting, vacuuming and deep cleaning.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: This is a bait and switch. Go to google maps and take an actual look at the hotel. Run-down, not a great location and smells of old hotel.

Pros: Was not there for the morning
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, quality of room, wifi, price
Cons:
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The only thing I was missing was a snack/cafe bar as there are vending machines for drinks but nothing for a quick snack, although there are plenty of places within 5/10minutes walk, it's just for that grabbing a bag of crisps kind of thing late at night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was QUALITY Staff were friendly Location is excellent. There are TWO Subway stations about four minutes walk away AND another two and a rail station about 8 minutes walk away so you don’t need to waste money on cabs. There are plenty of shops near and a handy Seven Elev3n shop about 3 minutes away which had plenty of food including some hot options. Security at night is excellent so you don’t have strangers wandering in hotel. Near the bus stop back to the airport.
Cons: It was ok, no complaints
