Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great. No problem at all. Will come again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very unique location right on the water located with in walking distance from north end of Boston
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Where to start!? Everything about this was amazing. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. The bathroom floors were heated. That says enough right there. You got everything and more for your money here. Perfect location right in between Faneuil Hall and the North End.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, excellent breakfast, and very nice room! Neighbours were a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Complimentary bottle of wine and biscotti, nice touch. Wonderful views and was walkable to many locations.
Cons: Nothing, it was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast and location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying here made our trip to Boston!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love it !!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic staff. We stayed in the penthouse and it was very charming. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful views. The chef was amazing. Great breakfast
Cons: The only thing I would’ve like was the availability of brewed coffee. There is a keurig in the room and in the lobby downstairs. Otherwise everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Harbor view but was 1000 a night for suite but only because there was supposed to be fireworks but there wasn’t any due to covid but the hotel told me too bad
Cons: Ok
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, extremely clean, excellent staff, quiet rooms - stunning views of the Harbor. The Classic Harbor Boatline for sailing trips and others are right outside the hotel on the harbor.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel had been open for only a week due to COVID-19 so it was very quiet. No on-site facilities were open due to the restrictions except for the Sea Grille which is excellent. The staff were also superb and relieved to be back to work. Our room was on the 15th floor as we requested and looked out over the harbor with spectacular views. We stayed for two nights in a very comfortable quiet room. The location is prime with the Seaport District, North End, Faneuil Hall, and Fort Point Channel all within easy walking distance. The Harborwalk goes directly past the hotel for an evening stroll. We would definitely return for another stay!
Cons: Really nothing besides COVID restrictions that were totally necessary and understandable and outside the hotel's control.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Too expensive
Cons: The food was not up to the billing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love this hotel. Would ask for a view of the harbor next time. Excellent food and staff is wonderful. Rooms were excellent.
Cons: Boston having all the venues open but we live in unusual times.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing and the rooms were large and clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything the food is excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Elegant and first class
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great location on Boston Harbor. Get a room with a harbor view and you can also see the airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport - fun to watch.
Cons: Food not that good. Afternoon Tea was disappointing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and atmosphere
Cons: Received a queen size not the king and there were issues with the minibar
Excellent 9.3
Pros: This was a great place
Cons: Nothing bad to say here

Good 7.0
Pros: Food was amazing, faculty was friendly, very nice hotel
Cons: the TV did not work that well, I was struggling a lot to set up netflix and youtube because it kept canceling out and freezing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view
Cons: The lack of amenities right away, microwave coffee machines ext
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff is so amazing ! The facilities (only the swimming pool by appointment is open) by the state rules they have to close the gym. Breakfast ok nothing special. Expensive. Trader Joes is 4 blocks away ! And starbucks too ! We saw it late
Cons: THe states rules Breakfast not nice and super expensive
Okay 5.0
Pros: The first gentlemen I talked to was nice and very helpful also provided utensils when we didn’t have any
Cons: Went to get my parking validated after checking in and parking. When I went up to the front desk the nice gentlemen I spoke to before was busy, so I went to the lady with a European accent I proceeded to tell her I need my parking validated and that I need my room number again because I left the cardholder in my truck. She proceeded to question if my girlfriend and I are supposed to be there. After I just spent a ton of money on a room here. I get it I’m young but that doesn’t mean I should be questioned if I can afford a hotel room. Poor customer service from that lady
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the service overall, but our customer service representative name Dana he went above an beyond an helo with food menu, recommendations for things to do an restaurants around the area. Also help us with the pool schedule so we can go swimming. Last but not least he went abovecan beting with my son telling us about the kids scavenger hunt an he gave my son a small booty bag with a toy. Overall he was extremely helpful over the top friendly, he was our guide throughout the hotel. Awesome guy the hotel was great but he literally makes the overall experienced 10x better.
Cons: No complaints everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Excellent 8.5

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No heat
Good 7.1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
Cons: I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: It’s clean, near places I want to be and staff are nice.
Cons: We found a random pill on the floor and someone that book the room prior tamper the thermostat. So when I got in, I couldn’t get the heater be on so had to call engineer to fix it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything from the location, to the staff, to the rooms, to fhe first impression arriving at the hotel. Security was a big plus throughout the night; if you didnt have a room key, you couldn't get thru the lobby. Awesome place to stay in BOSTON!
Cons: The only downside was the parking situation but considering it was in the middle of downtown, i understand the struggle. Parking cost could have been economical since I was forced to rent and didnt need to use a vehicle throughout my trip, but I had to park it somewhere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just about everything. The hotel is set in a building built during the revolutionary war but you could not tell upon entering the building until you reach the elevators where I marveled at the old world architectural design that was kept so beautifully in tact (don’t worry, the elevators themselves are new). The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every time we returned to the hotel from our adventures they would always make sure we had enough water and coffee for the morning! I would definitely stay here again and look for their other properties across the country!
Cons: My only “issue”, and it wouldn’t even call it that, is the design of the bathroom door. It’s a barn door style with no lock. It’s just something I’m not used to but seems to be popular in newer hotel designs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to restaurants and shopping
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel location and convenience
Cons: location
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny
Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room with an awesome mattress! Fancy hotel right in the heart of downtown. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
Cons: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice.
Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient
Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Tasteful and modern décor, beautiful details, friendly staff, comfortable beds, location, complimentary bottles of water
Cons: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.
Good 7.4
Pros: The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.)
Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Good 6.2
Pros: The location
Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel
Okay 4.5
Pros: Breakfast, decor, location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The music when we came back from dinner was very offensive in New Year’s Eve. It was swearing and playing a Drake Song which I did not think was very professional
Excellent 9.0
Cons: No microwave
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location convenience and the property itself all of it was top notch. We will go again!
Cons: The property was great, clean, and pleasing to the eye. The entire design and layout was excellent, and you can't beat the location. There were all kinds of eating options and plenty to do and see. Super views of the Zakim bridge beautiful and the Bunker Hill Monument. A true Boston treasure.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice rooms
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service by the staff
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not having free parking

Okay 4.0
Pros: There was no breakfast
Cons: Holes everywhere they were conducting a fire alarm yet every 5 minutes ridiculous deposit even in New York City the deposits aren’t that bad
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the cleanliness in the rooms. The attentiveness to needs and also the great breakfast. It had to be socially distanced but the options were great and the staff was so helpful and available. I would definitely return!
Cons: The distance of the parking lot was a bit far but that’s not something the hotel can control, the fact they had a locked lot was actually a plus!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and the stuff was very nice.!!!
Good 6.0
Cons: Price
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Unfortunately we could only spend enough time to sleep and get ready to go again. Very comfortable, beautiful tv, and shower was top rated. Lovely hotel, clean & well kept. Breakfast was amazing and presented beautifully.
Cons: Parking fee of $25 unexpected--which was probably my fault for not researching.
Excellent 8.5
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Easy to get into Boston downtown.
Cons: Parking situation was slightly difficult but the staff helped nicely.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot.
Cons: There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.

Pros: It was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, it has an amazing view and housekeeping maintain all common areas clean as well, but the front desk people were our favorite! No matter what time you call, they go out of their way to help you (the lady in the morning and the gentleman at night). Overall we had a great experience in Boston.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful place
Cons: Friendly staff
Okay 5.0
Cons: Trash left at elevator landing ...was there for over 24 hours...bags of trash and empty beer bottles...when I checked in, desk clerk tried to have me buy a 25$destination pass...I refused...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excelente customer service
Cons: Clean , easy to get here
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Good 7.4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Excellent 9.5
Excellent 8.7
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: View of airport and Boston Harbor Clean and comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Clean everywhere. Staff is top notch and friendly.
Cons: You get the best but you pay for it too.
Good 7.7
Pros: The view from the hotel is beyond words. The staff was great and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy and cozy.
Cons: I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback
Good 7.3
Pros: Comfortable. Easy water taxi to downtown waterfront.
Cons: City bus and subway not easily available. Water taxi ok in good weather only. Few options on eating.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I did not utilize the available breakfast. Location was outstanding. Everything was excellent!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything including facilities, staff, location, etc.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Good 6.0
Pros: I wish there was a real restaurant and bar in the hotel. Bar was lacking and bartender was a bit grouchy.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: we had a small favor to ask, which they first promised later refused.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were large and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The two-story rooms made them feel more like a suite than regular room and the high ceilings and architectural elements of the historic building are lovely. The location is unbeatable.
Cons: It was hard to regulate the room temperature and the HVAC was a bit noisy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great. Apart from payment difficulty, everything went well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front Desk Staff .. they were a gem! Knew all the answers to our question on where we wanted to go. Your Shuttle staff was the best as well. Our plans were altered at the last minute and we had to stay there another day, which was lovely as well. The 6 inches of snow on our second day was a bonus.
Cons: I liked everything. no complaints about anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When we wanted to go somewhere we asked front desk.. They knew everything...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location so close to the airport is fantastic. Great if you want to park, sleep, fly. You can purchase parking there for a very reasonable rate and airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24 hours
Cons: No room service or table service due to COVID 19. Not sure if pool was open
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.
Cons: N/A

Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was a great location and also clean.
Cons: No restaurant on site. But easy to get to other restaurants which was walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the place, the room, the cleanliness, price, and everything, my only little concern was the view of my room, to the back to the building facing a dirty parking lot and a construction site, couldn't see the city at all, I was celebrating my wife's birthday and was hoping to see a more romantic view, other than that, all good.
Cons: Having the room facing back of the building and not having a better view from the City.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Sheets on the bed seemed a little small and kept coming off the edge of the bed. No mini fridge either. Only for the mini bar.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to stay, super location, onsite restaurant was fabulous! We would definitely stay there again!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Rooms were nice, beds/pillows comfortable Love the showers! Food was good Staff was very pleasant
Cons: on the 3rd floor we heard EVERYTHING outside! (the club across the street, the trucks back up alarms) The bathroom door was a pocket door and was REALLY hard to close. The toilet was not screwed down all the way which caused it to wobble and make loud noises on the tile floor. We got a 'coupon' for the onsite restaurant. It had no exclusions listed although it is safe to assume alcohol would not be included..but neither were 'specials'...
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything! Walking distance to everything. Clean comfortable friendly. What more can you ask for?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our suite with a fireplace and balcony was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Cons: Just a couple small things would be nice: more towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom and a refrigerator other than a completely full mini bar refrigerator with items for sale.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.
Cons: Apparently the hotel is undergoing updates to its TV and wifi system. That's not a problem but there was no information provided at check in that it was happening. That is a problem. The TV acted up at start up and the wifi was cantankerous. Booting you off and causing you to sign in again and again. Quite slow also.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice room, helpful staff, reasonable prices
Cons: Tried to book another night and was told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
Excellent 9.4
Pros: staff was terrific and service oriented.
Cons: price for valet parking was steep.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Loved the location, the amenities and the service. We've already booked our stay for next year!
Cons: difficult to adjust the temp in the room - trying to cool the room meant the AC was on full blast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location to view all of Boston by foot. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
Good 6.2
Pros: The hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful
Cons: There was only Luke warm water in the shower and after walking around boston on a 10 degree night it really put a damper on our romantic get away !!
Good 7.6
Pros: Location is great for exploring Boston - but if you don't want to hear the late night crowds at Quincy market-make sure to speak up.
Cons: The wine list in the restaurant is extremely overpriced and unfortunately I was served a bottle of wine that had not been stored properly and had turned. The bartender didn't agree but had the manager bring me a new bottle. That bottle was better than the first but still not tasting quite right-but we kept it because it was too much of a hassle.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was beautiful and confortable. The staff very profesional and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect. We would like to visit the hotel in other occasion because there were limitations in the use of the restaurant and the bar because Covid 19.
Cons: There were no breakfast and no room service. The bar was close.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely upscale clean hotel in a central location with convenient parking.
Cons: The room smelled like formaldehyde. I’m sure it was the cleaning products but the scent was very unpleasant.
Good 7.0
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel and the store taken to keep everyone safe and comfortable during these times. You have to call ahead and have housekeeping come to your room at a scheduled time (which I appreciated) the bed was very comfy and had a great view of the city. Front Desk very helpful Not really an issue for me because I am familiar with the area but be mindful that the hotel is near the Financial district so all the fun attractions are by Faneuil Hall and Seaport (pack some good walking shoes)
Cons: The fridge in our room was locked due to the covid pandemic but my friend and I had a few items that needed to be stored in the fridge during our stay so front desk had to bring up a second fridge. Parking was unpleasant, as I had paid ahead using SpotHero and the instructions were to let valet know at check out! We were given the wrong ticket so it would appear that we would have to pay twice?! That was annoying
Poor 1.0
Cons: I called pqra to change my hosting date, because on the day I found out I was with covid, they said that it was okay that I could change the date, they gave me the available date, charged the extra amount because of the media and when the date for the stay arrived simply said that there was nothing in my name and that I had to solve it with booking. for that they could not solve it but to charge it more they could.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Very clean
Cons: No room service or mini bar
Good 7.0
Pros: I loved the bathroom tub and shower, They were clean and comfortable. I also liked the nice view from my room. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.
Cons: I did not like that the room did not have a fridge and Netflix. I was disappointed to also only find one bathroom robe and no slippers at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was more than accommodating for the price very nice. Right next to all the best adventures of South Boston with an amazing view.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. They allow dogs. Right on the water. Beautiful view.
Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.
Good 7.4
Pros: Club lounge and room were great
Cons: Outdated hotel for these prices.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ease of Everything. Literally the easiest most helpful check-in experience of my entire life. I've experienced enough VIP check-ins in many places. And this was a bind best price for value internet purchase. I'd never stay anywhere else.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Cons: The price!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't say anything but great things .
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Okay 5.4
Pros: Pool sauna jacuzzi
Cons: The room i had had a tub instead of a stand up shower ..

Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was really small. Bathroom was very tight. And the beds were not comfortable at all, which was surprising.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect. Great view of the Seaport and water. Neighborhood seemed safe and commercial. The concierge suggested a couple of in-the-know place to see in the area.
Cons: Parking was not included in my nightly rate. Parking around the hotel was somewhat difficult to find; was able to park in the street because of the holiday.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Exercise facilities were packed in mornings and hotel restaurants and bar closed early around 11 pm, even on weekend nights. Having stayed at other hotels in the area I would say the price was a little high for the accomodations but defintely not ridiculous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was closed but they offered the Seaport across the street.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the room was up to par. I would not hesitate to return.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Wish a continental breakfast was included in price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches.
Cons: Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: hotel and room was very nicely decorated.
Cons: wifi should be included for what a room costs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.
Cons: The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great.
Cons: Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room size was great. Easy for 3 adults to spread out. Close to the train station which is a nice amenity.
Cons: All the facilities are closed and the few amenities they do have are rarely refreshed. They provide a coffee station but only in the morning and without any options for non coffee drinker such as replacement of tea bags and hot water. You have yo make that in your room. Parking is ridiculously high, should be complementary for guests. They don't clean your room anymore so with a long stay trash piles up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The airport shuttle was good
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: There was no breakfast and I was disappointed
Cons: They say that it was breakfast in the morning from 5:30 to 9:30 and when I went downstairs to eat breakfast in the morning there was no breakfast at all so I was disappointed
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super close to the airport, very clean and spacious room with separate sitting area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was good. Left at 0950 a.m. all that was offered was a box breakfast, I understand with Covid. But seriously, 1000 was too late? Was not wanting a hot meal. That was disappointing.
Cons: That theory breakfast was not available at 10 in the morning. And the front desk guy had to be tracked down. The evening shift staff when I checked were amazing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very handy for flying out of Logan Congenial Staff EZ shuttle Due to Covid Restraunt where not open but we Brought Pizza in the North End
Cons: Construction noises on floor 5
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to airport and clean
Excellent 9.1
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Excellent 8.0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Okay 4.2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Good 7.4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.
Good 6.2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Okay 5.7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Good 7.7
Pros: Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
Cons: The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Cons: Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Good 6.5
Pros: Rate and friendly staff, especially valet and reception staff. The guy making omelets on Sunday was real nice.
Cons: This hotel, as it seems with most Hilton properties are run so inefficiently. The bright lights on always on in all public locations, rather than have them sensor controlled. Hilton needs to learn from their European hotels. Dirty glasses were not replaced during daily servicing. Poor insulating allowing noise from adjacent suites.
Okay 5.7
Cons: Even though it lists parking, it costs $35! Not worth it....
Good 7.6
Cons: Free WiFi should be regarded as an essential for all customers.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Way to big to navigate. All the people at the front desk are on DRUGS. They do not help and they are sketchy. Whispering to one and other while helping customers and using a pencil and paper to write some type of code where people are... very very sketchy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Limited hours for food at coffee shop and restaurant.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Accessibility to airport terminal
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Hardly any food choices for my children
Excellent 10.0
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: No
Cons: Bad service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was able to check-in online and receive an "electronic key" on my phone, allowing me to completely bypass the front desk. The room was quite clean, and we were able to sleep like a dream on the bed. The major benefit was being able to walk to the terminal, and not wait for a shuttle bus. (My experience with shuttle buses at Logan is horrible!)
Cons: While being able to walk is a major "plus," it is still a bit of a walk, so a moving-walkway would be a big improvement.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very convenient from terminals A and E via bridge.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. There were people not staying in the hotel coming into the hotel from the bridge access and cleaning up in the restrooms near the meeting rooms. There was no requirement for access to the room floors with the room key.
Excellent 8.7
Good 7.7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Excellent 8.2
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Excellent 10.0
Good 7.7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Restaurant awful
Excellent 10.0
Good 6.5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Good 6.2
Pros: Locatin.
Cons: They had difficulty finding my reservation. I waited for almost an hour for them to figure it out. No offer of assistance with luggage. No ice or tea supplies in room. Bathroom corners dirty. Some furnishings a bit shabby. Some wallpaper peeling. Needs renovating for charging such a high price.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Airport location
Cons: Food prices. Internal restraunts are very proud of their menus.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: convenience, access to terminals, nice and very comfortable room
Cons: expensive
Okay 5.4
Pros: I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head
Cons: the bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: location very close to airport
Cons: trash not emptied from previous guest in bathroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel.
Cons: Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
Good 6.0
Pros: Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great!
Cons: Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.
Good 7.7
Pros: 24/7 shuttle service was excellent Bag check after having check out was convenient
Cons: No complimentary breakfast No complimentary Internet
Okay 4.2
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
Good 7.3
Pros: Very convenient for airport access
Cons: Hotel is dated Temperature control in the room and hallways was terrible
Good 7.3
Pros: Great view of the city skyline. Good airport location, although pricey.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was amazing bed very comfy . very good size roonm.
Cons: Hallways seem to be darker then most hotels .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly service, clean, and convenient to the airport
Cons: N/A
Okay 4.8
Pros: Airport shuttle service
Cons: The mattress were so high my six foot husband had trouble getting in and out of bed. It was a long night
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location was very convenient to airport and shuttles were always available. Good food, nice servers in restaurant. They gave me a complimentary late check out. And it was probably the strongest water flow in shower I’ve ever had. I would def stay there again
Cons: Furniture could use updating. The couch by the elevator on my floor looked like they had gotten it from a fraternity. I wouldn’t have sat on that. Lots of furniture around property was outdated and a bit shabby. Furniture in the rooms was nice though!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We really likes the hotel, the room and beds were large, there was a tub! Beautiful windows as well
Cons: There was quite a bit of dust all over the room which ment they had not wiped or sanitized the room as expected. Usually we are not ones to be picky but with the coronavirus out we expected alittle more precaution taken. We sanitized things when we got into the room.
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Excellent 9.7
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
