Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny

Pros: Loved everything about staying at the Four Seasons Boston. The service was impeccable and they really made us feel "at home." My kids especially loved the welcome wagon and cookies and milk :) The hotel was clean, warm and inviting and I would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways.

The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.

It was a good stay, if you look at room size, bed comfort, bathroom size and comfort (just don't expect privacy; everyone will know your business in there!), friendliness, location. This should be a phenomenal stay. It has all the makings for it. It must've been a full moon or something that weekend.

We called about six hours before check in to see if it would be possible to upgrade to a room with a city view (my husband told the guy at the front desk that we were celebrating out anniversary and seeing a show at the Orpheum Theatre that evening) - we were quickly and without questions upgraded to a king suite on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of the city - we weren't even charged for such an amazing upgrade!

The room was clean and contemporary which me and my guests enjoyed. For the price, it was reasonable due to the location right next to the commons and for a saturday night in Boston. Wifi was free and they had speakers to hook up an iPad to play music.

Pros: While lacking any extras and an oddly designed and decorated hotel(created out of an old warehouse with exposed brick walls), the room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. We also enjoyed our view over the harbor..seeing the sun rise and watching the planes that had just taken off from Logan while lying in bed in the morning was nice. And for the price, considering we were right in the middle of Boston, this was a good choice for us.

Pros: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.

Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.

Pros: Although small, the room was comfortable and the shower quite lovely. Plenty of hot water in the morning. A blizzard was expected so I decided to check out a day early, and this was hassle free. I did not ask for the name of the person who helped me with the checkout, but she was very polite and extremely helpful. The door man and valet folks were quick to bring my car and wish me a safe journey. Overall a very pleasant stay and I was able to accomplish that which I was in town for.

Pros: This hotel was stunning! We were instantly greeted by professional and friendly valet and escorted into the lobby, which is breathtaking. The history alone is what motivated us to book our stay, but the service, decor, location, and comfort of the bed is what will make us stay here again and again in the future.

Pros: When we arrived the hotel was sold out and did not go or our "guaranteed reservation" for a double room. We were instead offered a full size bed and a cot for the same rate even though the room sells for $50 less. Spent most of our night on the phone with Kayak who didn't care. Says it's non refundable yet how they can say it's a guaranteed reservation when clearly it's a maybe!

Pros: We liked the luxurious feel of the hotel and that the Hotel was pet friendly. The Hotel is very beautiful and clean and it also had a boutique hotel, friendly feel to it. The hotel was right next to a beautiful big park which was great to take a walk in. We were also in a close proximity to a very luxurious restaurant with excellent food.The rooms were clean and comfortable and recently updated.
I must give a five star plus service rating to them because I happened to left my iPad and wallet behind in the safe and they actually sent everything back to me via express overnight right away free of charge to me.
