In-flight entertainment system wasn't working

Pros: Good service thanks you
Desperation only
Pros: Resorted to Malindo/Batik just to get home after Mt Agung eruptions - so points for at least flying. Very good seat pitch in economy, let down by an uncomfortable back with no head rest.
Cons: The food was utterly appalling, providing a new level of disappointment. I'm convinced my tray table would have been easier to chew than the three dehydrated lumps of so-called chicken thrown on top of land overcooked rice, together with something that was allegedly once an egg - which I couldn't even stomach.
Good low cost airline; some small issues need impr
Pros: Modern plane, good price, friendly staff
Cons: Plane landed very hard and felt like pilot was struggling for control (or still learning). Luggage took long time to come out and after abot 10 min of luggage just stopped and we found out that rest of our luggage was coming out of another carousel. Nobody told us, we had to find out ourselves when we couldn't find our luggage. Communication is important
