All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

The seats are more comfortable compared to the other budget airlines.

The crew doesn't smile most of the time, sometimes they sound like ordering when they request something. The movies selection is either old, or mostly Indian movies.

Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!

Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore.

The staff has no personality and no working knowledge of how customer service is supposed to be. I booked this as Malaysia Airlines and even though it's operated by Firefly, it should've recognized my priority status with OneWorld.

I wasn't aware I was in Malaysian airline, I thought it was silk just as it was when I arrived... could of been a little clearer but other then that everything was great

the food was ok as I like spicy. But one mouthful of water and a small wine. soft drink, etc was not enough on a 4 hour flight. Leg room was very bad. I am average hight 5 ft 10 inch but could only sit sideways aas not enough room

Nothing at all!

Worst handling of delays and cancellations I have ever experienced. Worst management ever! More than 17 hours delay before I finally got on another plane. No hotel, no food, no nothing.

Our flight was delayed over 3 hours resulting in us missing our connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to China and then Los Angeles . Malaysia airlines did not apologize or help us with rebooking our flights or offering hotel accommodation. They just left a family of five with no flight, stuck in Malaysia with no options of getting home. . Flight crew had very hard bumpy landing on both legs of flight and maybe they need to go review landing protocol so that we don't have to have a hard rough landing

Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service.

Malaysian airlines airport crew at least tried to get us back to Singapore.

Malaysian airlines did not offer us any incentives or better seats after removing us from our flight. We were seated separately and all in the middle row.

The plane was nice and new. Very smooth flight.

Toilets could have been cleaned more frequently.

Their app is useless. Not user friendly and always down ! Their staff can't even give proper directions on what need to be done in terms of getting upgrades ! Such a shame how it this airlines is getting from bad to worst. They use to be great and my number one choice , but now they are just a disappointment. I am only supporting MAS because they are my national carrier
