Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore."

Pros: "Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!"

Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping)."

As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Cons: "We had bad experience with the airline because our luggage was not to be found at Langkawi airport and we had make a report. Fortunately about 8 hours later our luggage was sent to our resort which we stayed. (we arrived Langkawi airport around 3pm, we were told by the officer that our luggage will be sent to our resort at 7pm but it came at 11pm instead) The snacks could have been better. Besides the salted peanuts, it would be better to add biscuits or a slice of cake. The orange juice is good but maybe if we are given choice of warm drink (tea or coffee) it would be great."

It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Cons: "So the crew basically disappear as soon as they have served and cleaned up food."

Cons: "For a country known for its variety and quality of food, Malaysia Airlines is probably the worst place to experience it. Tasteless, poorly presented food and the most unappetising of choices. Crew were harried and rude, and the whole journey seems to last 16 hours instead of 8."

Cons: "I received an email two days in advance informing me they had changed my flight to the previous day, including an overnight at an airport in another country for my connecting fight. I was unable to make these flights because of previously made travel plans I had made for my vacation and then were very unaccommodating about providing a refund or allowing me to change to another flight time. I will never fly with this airline again."
