The flights were to full so seating was easy and the cost was low.

Flights outbound and inbound were late. Outbound was re-scheduled six late. Inbound was two hours late getting out. But the flight were to full so seating was easy. The food they served is what they make jobs about - it was terrible.

I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.

Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not having the option of which meal I would like. They just popped down infront of you what ever they grabbed .

Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation.

Once i got to my seat i was seated by a smelly person and the flight attendant did move me to another seat upon my request.

Trying to get on the flight was frustrating because there’s no organization! The thing i did not like was that they made us put the cover to the window up like 30 minutes before landing and the sun was directly in my eyes! I tried to put it down half way and the flight attendant made it a problem.

One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight.

Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.

The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

The connecting flight (at Colombo) was delayed for more than 5 hrs and there was no communication of whatsoever. There were barely any Srilankan airline personnel at the terminal/information desk to help assist or inform passengers. No acknowledgement of the discomfort caused to passengers.

Upgraded with miles for the long leg Melb to Abu Dhabi. Flat beds tight both length and width for me at 6ft 3inches. I slept fitfully for 7 hours. Food seemed better than my last experience of their business class.

Seats still narrow and firm. Rather noisy, a 777, appreciated my Bose quiet comforts...

This was an older 777 -- no wifi -- pretty surprising on such a key flight at DOH-JFK! This is not the airline's fault but I had a crazy lady next to me who was very disoriented, who could not speak English and needed assistance. No one would deal with her! She had a little pouch with her name on it -- like a UM -- so someone knew something was not right when they put her on the flight. I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF

My flight left on time and from the moment I was greeted upon entering the A380 Airbus, I knew I was in for something very special. As prepared for departure, blankets and pillows were distributed amongst the passengers. Once in flight, dinner and in the morning, breakfast. And, throughout the night, the flight attendants attended to passenger requests for beverages and snacks. The plane was clean and, maybe I need to compliment my fellow passengers also, for the washrooms were clean and well maintained. We arrived on time and the trip seemed rather short with the entertainment of movies, news and inflight updates. Thanks again Emerates...you have brought back flying to it's original objective to give service and a safe means of travel. See you soon. Philip Dorn

Decent leg room in economy; good entertainment system & food/drink

I was expecting to pay for only 10 kg excess baggage according to my own scale but was charged for 15 kg and the check-in staff was rude and unwilling to listen; in-flight staff were not polite, pushing past passengers without any word; such a disappointment as I expected much higher standard of service and courtesy. Nothing beats Singapore Airlines.

Inexpensive

Male Cabin crew were very dismissive and not helpful. I asked to borrow a pen 2 times and was ignored, then the gentleman in front of me asked and was given a pen. Incredible! I asked for water, received a strange look and was given nothing. I heard the attendant speak English so I know he understood me. overall service was terrible.

Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!

Plane wasn’t cleaned very well, trash in the seat back pocket. Was given a meal that wasn’t on the menu and was unedible. At the end of the flight they spray air freshener down the entire aisle which is very concentrated.

On time both at departure and arrival. Economy in the 787 is comfortable with better leg room than usual. Baggage claim was excellent

I was surprised today that they did not bring the Embrer aircraft. When ever that happens, I am delighted. The RJ Emberer is the worse aircraft configuration.

The RJ fleet is in need to get new aircrafts and an upgrade of their protect is important.

I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not having the option of which meal I would like. They just popped down infront of you what ever they grabbed .

They wont let us pray. It's a Muslim airline. And yet they refused us to perform our obligatory prayers. Also we had ordered special meal for all 5 of us. We only got 3.

The flight almost landed in Bahrain but the captain decides not to and the excuse was bad weather. So he just turned around and went back to Abu Dhabi. There was no plane for people to board Abu Dhabi and were left stranded. Thankfully the airport staff re-booked everyone immediately and dealt with the situation efficiently in a professional way. I was delayed by at least 8 hours. There was no email from Etihad about the canceled flight or an apology. It was a bit disappointing given that they are my favorite airline.

The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy.

Decent entertainment system and choices.

Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!

Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation.

Once i got to my seat i was seated by a smelly person and the flight attendant did move me to another seat upon my request.

Trying to get on the flight was frustrating because there’s no organization! The thing i did not like was that they made us put the cover to the window up like 30 minutes before landing and the sun was directly in my eyes! I tried to put it down half way and the flight attendant made it a problem.
