I was in business class and the lie flat seats were super comfortable. Friendly crew, nice meal. Very good experience!

All was very good however the breakfast was a bit tasteless on both flights. Many people seemed to say the same thing. Otherwise really good .

Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.

Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

Electronic check in is must these days. Food could be better.

Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.

Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Try to Fly on time without keeping commercial passengers stranded

No comments on food as I did not order. A normal Indigo flight was made memorable by the staff

Already mentioned the didorerly check in process. The crew were not aware that I pre-booked for snacks and paid for. They said I have to pay for snacks and drinks, when I showed the crew my boarding pass they said that the system was not updated with this information. Very strange excuse..
