Cons: The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out

Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Cons: Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!

Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Cons: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Pros: Ok food, great service by attendants, great entertainment selections. Also recommend giving a meal schedule to passengers to time their rest more knowledgeably.

Cons: Drinking Water more easily available for passengers k thru flights. Also work with airports like Riyadh to offer truly free WiFi, not one requiring a SIM card in country. Most international travelers are unable to use the WiFi because of this asinine setup.

Cons: The actual boarding started only 15 minutes before departure, and the flight was 30 minutes late on take off. However, the captain made up the delay and we arrived 15 minutes before scheduled arrival time.

Pros: The Saudia crew were friendly as they have always been on my flights - regional in the Middle East. They are efficient and will help you out as much as possible

Cons: The airline overall is mediocre to good. The seat selection process is a joke. I was assigned a middle seat on the return trip along with my outbound seat selection. I had no idea I even had a seat selection as neither the app nor the site gave me any indication that I even had a seat.

Pros: The hospitable from the crew, the food was great, but i miss my separate connection flight, eventhough i was on time to board, they boarding desk told me my bag is behind, so they could not let me fly. I bought another ticket for my connection flight.

Cons: Bag drop off took alot of time & surprisingly the line in sky priority was much slower than the regular check-in line. Delay by 30 mins in departure even though i boarded 30mins before scheduled departure time

Cons: The crew was not helpful. We kept asking for many things but they don’t bring them from the first time. They gave me food as normal and when I opened it they brought my requested special food which should be given to me earlier.

Pros: the new seating in Business Class is very comfortable and so similar, although slightly less spacious, than First on some carriers. Crew is top class. Doha is a great airport too. I prefer it to Dubai.

Pros: Great food options, very tasty. Crew was attentive, polite and professional.

Pros: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.

Cons: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.

Today, my flight was again delayed and I almost missed my layover. Again, my bag did not arrive & they ripped my carry on

Cons: All the food was terrible breakfast lunch and dinner I was sick from eating chicken I started vomiting as soon as I was on my way home , please serve better food , food tastes like factory junk , please offer cold drink and cold water or least ask if you would like ice, all the cups for the beverages was small, seating was very uncomfortable not enough room especially if you sitting next to a large person they kept elbow me and taking up my seating , I was so miserable on a 16 hours flight on Qatar to LAX , very bad experience , please do better, also staff was not friendly
