Only one option of food, which is fish. It's really unfortunate. How do you want to compete with other airlines when you are so bad Sincerely,,, KHALID ALBASSAM FLIGHT SV 308 Cairo to JEDDAH JULY 4
The best staff ever, very very friendly Food was delicious and a lot Can’t thanks them enough.
We were not allowed to board the flight to Riyadh from Istanbul! At the boarding gate we were not permitted to enter saying you are Indian or of Indian origin and Saudi government has asked not to board us!! We were stranded at Istanbul airport for more than 24 hours and had to book our own separate ticket to get to India! Kayak or Chatdeal.com who issued the ticket were not helpful at all. I will not use these sites or recommend these sites for ticket purchase to anyone.
Here food was okay. No entertainment. No provision for charging mobiles.
At check in place , we were made stand in queue for more than one and half hour at lax airport. Data entry personnel were not active. Meals for Indians especially vegetarians was hopeless Please improve it. Take suggestions from Indians.
The plane was old so not much in it… but overall boarding and departure on time and arrival ahead of time was the best part
Flight delayed more than 2 hours
They didn't clean up after the meal was served.
The flight was good, no complaints
The flight was excellent overall, no complaints
There is no way for Saudi Airlines to leave on time …
Delayed by over three hours.
Nothing
Old plane and small seats
The boarding process was well organized. In fact, we departed 10 minutes early! The crew were friendly and professional. The only setback is the seats in economy class need more space.
Cabin crew
The crew & passengers were not strictly observing the Covid-19 precautions. Some of the food on the menu was not available although I was seated in the second row of business class!
The crew were very friendly and smiling all the time.
Entertainment not working
The crew was good. The change in the schedule delayed our connecting flight from JED to DMM for more than 10 hours. I had to schedule my important meeting early morning. SAUDIA is not helping to reserve other available flights as this delay was their mistake and we paid the penalty without any care to satisfy their customers. It will be the last time to travel with SAUDIA and I will post this story everywhere to tell all passengers the risk they need to take if they book via SAUDIA.
This was a very pleasant experience to travel with Saudia. From booking to traveling back was very smooth and efficient.
Flight delayed ...... You ask for coffee or tea ... they don’t serve you. And it happens many time in different flights.
It was excellent experience. The only disadvantages is you have to walk to the gates in long walks. There no golf cars to transfer passengers.
This is a short flight. I was lucky there were few kids on the flight and it was quiet throughout the trip!
Late boarding Bad landing
The food was not good at all
