We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. the cabin was kept too hot. couldn't sleep as a result

Majority of the staff were simply awesome and very very supportive and helpful

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.

We were charged for checking in our bags! One bag per person was supposed to have been included in the ticket price, and yet Turkish Airlines charged us nearly $200 per bag!

The flight attendants were generally rude. I requested a blanket for my toddler and didn’t receive the blanket until about about 3 hours later into the flight after multiple asks for different crew!

This is not business class. This is premium economy. Total scam to sell this as business class

They changed the return flight to the next day and it interrupted the plans we had in our connecting city.

The only hiccup was a change of plane and the resulting delayed departure, otherwise everything was more than OK.

It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai
