The airline broke my luggage, which make me very unhappy. They broke the handle as well as the wheels, they were obviously just throwing my luggage around. I am expecting a call or email back regarding this situation.

Every seat on the New 777 has a TV and the fight to/from China to/fron San Francisco included two meals and a transit hotel in China. At first we expected to be stuck in the airport for hours on end but the airline goes above and beyond to help that not happen!!!

Not enough food
I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me.

No frills flight, not even water. Had to be seated separately from my wife. Hard landing
The airline attendants were very nice and helpful. I had to stow my backpack in the overhead since I was sitting in a front seat with no underseat storage. The flight attendant was very helpful in finding a storage place for me near my seat since I was unable to find a place that wasn't towards the rear of the plane. I've always enjoyed flying with British Airways. Always first class service no matter where you sit.
I have no complaints about my flight.
the last part from london to milan was not great they did not offer coffee or water and the crew was very unfriendy
