Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress
Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast
Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

Fly Dubai takes low cost and thrift to new depths in terms of service levels, terminal 2 is grossly inadequate for capacity and resembles a crowded buss or railway station,, the fly dubai( Emirates) flight is never on time(was 2.5 hrs delayed), and this is not an isolated experience, the flght air conditioning was turned low while we waited on the tarmac for take clearance to save fuel, should say more!!!! The depths! I only fly this airline from a compulsion, emirates code shares for connections to Muscat
Child’s meal was great along with other nice touches for kids.
Emirates did great! I liked the service, the food, cleanness, and the flight was on time. Much better airline than Qatar Airways I flew with last year.
Mostly good and consistent of Emirates service. Christmas menu was great initiative and tasted good. Taking the bus from terminal to the plane spoilt the experience a little.

The service was better on this flight from the long haul one, but still very poor from The Cathay Pacific of the past.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
For an international flight, the service was average at best. It could have been significantly better, particularly with regard to the food quality and options. Additionally, having only two restrooms available for the entire Economy Class made the experience less comfortable and resulted in long wait times.
Despite the crew's rough day, they were all very focused and friendly. The flight was too short for a meal, so no rating on that. Re. the AA app. It still isn't ready for prime time. AA works with Cathy Pacific for international flights to LA and the Aa jump to PHX. But the AA app can't find my trip and this can be problematic with flight delays and regatings at LAX.
Frequent Flyer number should.have been put in at time of booking.
Very attentive crews Flight was very smooth and safe Only little disappointment was the slight delay of departure (~30 minutes ) which rarely happen with CX flights
The worst experience ever! Lots of flight delays and rerouting that ended up doubling the total time. . I had to recheck my luggage because I was rerouted to Tokyo and ended up on ANA flight. I missed connecting flight twice because of the delay at Cathy Pacific. Additional stop added, rerouted to a different country for connecting flight and ended up in long waits and delays.
I booked wheel chair for my mother but she was told to walk by herself in the middle of her way to the gate. She had to board a connecting flight under a time crunch and this was unfair to leave her to walk. Other than that they had no complains about anything else.
Seat was very old. Didn’t easily go up and down. Flight Attendent had issues moving the seat. Condition of the seat was ok. Parts were peeling off by the foot area. Food was ok. Ran out of the dish I wanted so got the beef. Beef filet was very tender but the sauce was a little strange. Disembarking was very easy.
The flight experience was good for a long flight over the pole, but it got my wife to the Far East in time.
Turkish Airlines made a long flight from YVR to IST a great flying experience. From the attendants, to the food, to the entertainment program to all the extras, a twelve hour flight ‘flew by’. Late departure and arrival was not the airline’s fault.
It was crowded… the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The seats have been made even smaller.
It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.
The boarding was not as organized as what I experienced in Houston. We were able to depart on time and landed in Lagos as scheduled.
Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had the ticket, the receipt and they lost it!! Because the flight was fully booked, I had to wait 8 hours!!! Turkish Airlines provided me with NO FOOD, NO WATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were pathetic. They admitted it was their fault for losing my reservation but provided me with nothing.
I will say the same as my previous comment. Great job over all! From 1-10, ten be the best… I will give 9!
This was my third time using Turkish Airlines. I was well satisfied with the overall experience! I believe that no one is perfect and that everyday we are trying to do the best we can to help others by giving a part of our lives through service. I believe from what I’ve seen that Turkish Airlines, have come close to that service! I will definitely recommend and reuse their services again! Thank you!
had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.
The crew was awesome. My husband fell while traveling to the WC and got a head abrasion. The crew helped him greatly and a physician that was also on the flight checked him out as well. They all get an A+!
One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. You get scammed from every where if have other options please don't go through the Turkish airlines
i have book the flight with baggage. and i have paid $800.00 for the baggage. when i contacted to JUSTFLY Costumer Service they told me that my baggage was included in the booking. then why i have to pay. i am going to file a complain against it. $800.00 is not at all small amount
It was very relaxing and staff were very quick to attend to any requests.
Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.
I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
1 hour delay meant missed my connecting flight and 1st day of holiday
The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.
Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.
From the start of my vacation at Logan Airport, Boston it was chaotic. I'm praying my flight home is better .I'm grateful that we landed safe
On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.
I booked and paid for a Business Class seat for myself and my wife. 4 hours before the flight i get a call saying the plane they sent doesn't have the correct layout to accommodate all the business class seats they sold me 3 months earlier at a premium of $1500 a ticket. So they have to bump me from Business to Economy and will give me a $400 credit (total of $800 for both seats) that I could turn in at Abu Dahbi for $400 in US cash. They then promised a row that we could have to ourselves and the arm rests would go up so we could spread out for each of us. My wife was taken care of but I was put in the exit row with the flight attendents set as part of the three...and the arm rest did not go up. When we got to Abu Dahbi, they would not exchange our credit for cash as promised. Very disappointed they took my money 3 months ago and refused to reimburse for the change in seats or follow the promises made.
