Cons: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Pros: The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first.

Cons: Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk.

Pros: How great everyone was and smooth sailing.

Cons: Made sure the flight was not over booked.

Cons: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.
