Pros: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Pros: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Cons: No toilet available at gate due to enhanced security measures when flying to the USA.

Pros: The seat was ok... not too narrow neither too wide. All crews were awesone

Pros: The crew was super attentive. The seats were really confortable. I loved that the seat would completely flatten to make a « bed », wonderfully for sleeping!

Cons: The check in and boarding in Kathmandu was really not good. I requested wheelchair assistance when I booked, and was never offered a wheelchair nor any assistance for that matter ...
