The food is always bad, and they didn’t allow use of electronics (phones, and they didn’t like me using my iPod I suppose because it looks like a phone?) on a 6 hr international flight when there was NO individual entertainment and no screens. What’s worse is I went into the bathroom right after a flight attendant and there was urine all over the seat! She either did it and left it, or she saw it and hovered over it, leaving it for the next person. Not classy.

I have been in the Philippines for almost two weeks with no luggage. Very limited response from the airline.
CS did offer Priority Business class immigration and lounge
Booked 6 months in advance, at counter for return was advised that they had over booked and wanted to change my flights. All my reservations pre made with transportation and hotels, they want to change on day of departure???? NO! NO notifications, terrible counter service. No entertainment offered!!!
Helpful and friendly flight staff, comfortable business class seating that provided privacy and room for personal carry-on bag and toiletries.
Flight attendants very attentive and helpful, wheel chair provided at Doha airport by helpful and friendly staff, comfortable seating in business class. Overall I would give my flight an A rating.
I do not have any complaints, except one bathroom I used was not as clean as I would have preferred.
On a 16 hour journey, we only had 2 meals and no snacks. I usually fly Lufthansa. They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach.

I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent.
When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit.
Always nice to be on an American plane out of an American airport.....SO much more professional. :))
Direct flight, on time, friendly crew, smooth flight
Delta did a really good job as always. Cheaper, more comfortable, and a WAY better experience than Alaska Airlines.
Alaska Airlines is way overpriced and way less comfortable than Delta. I’m a Delta loyalist forever now!
