Flight crew was AMAZING!
No Wi-Fi. Plane left an hour plus late. Diverted to Sarasota for refueling due to thunderstorms over Tampa. Didn’t get to Tampa until after 6pm

Delays…after initial delays. We were further delayed waiting for a first officer.
Flight was over 4 hours delayed. Flight was bumpy. Didn’t serve any beverages. Very poor.

At two different logins, here were two different flights listed on my app. I checked with Customer Service twice to be incorrectly directed to the Wrong Gate. I was the second to last person to board.

Flight went as expected. No complaints. Because of short flight the only service was water.
Everything was great, crew was friendly and everything operated in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner.
Plane was a little dirty, and gate agent was very unclear and not very friendly as to what was going on when boarding.

Plane delayed due to weather then waiting an hour on board for delay in bags transfer for two passengers connecting instead of the co shipping those separately and avoid an extra hour of wait on top of the 3 hour delay! Even the captain tried to get off the plane to solve the issue with no luck!

Southwest is the best of the worst. It's domestic travel in the US...it's over priced, under supported and a means to an end. But I appreciate the facade of caring with this review.
With my first leg of the flight delayed, the connection time between my two legs was extremely tight. So I had to run after landing to catch the second leg. By the time that I made it to the second flight, the only seats available were the middle seats. So it was a tight squeeze for this flight.
The flight was delayed for more than half an hour waiting for the crew to arrive.
Reno airport is too small for 1-30 on southwest boarding
