Pros:Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Pros:the lady at the counter was friendly and extremely helpful! She was amazing and made the entire experience one I will not forget. Give that lady a promotion she is amazing. I was at pensacola airport the morning of July 5th, and I didnt catch her name, but she is african american and has pink finger nails. She should be rewarded for being so helpful and sweet. She truly made my day!
Pros:Direct flight. On time. Quick boarding and unboarding. Reasonable price.
Cons:Honestly a little louder than I expected. Not sure what the solution might be other than offering or suggesting earplugs? Makes me sound old - but we bought earplugs for flight home
Cons:Do not walk, RUN from this airline. They are awful.

Cons:This is, without questions, the worst airline experience I have ever had.
This was a short flight so food was not offered. The stewardess was great at giving water out. The baggage check at the airport was hideous. One person was untrained and had asked a question. The other two people were just dealing. Someone could have worked the line and said you must have a luggage tag and you must have confirmation. We waited for some people at the counter for 20 minutes because they couldn't find their reservation or they were missing their luggage tags. We were in line an hour and 20 minutes had to run to her gate just to find out our flight was delayed 40 minutes. The silver air website never updated with status changes on the phone. Horribly irresponsible flight company.
Pros:Flight crew was very nice and apologetic for all the possible hassle we had.
Cons:Boarding staff at the gate were rude, told customers they'd have to remove passengers from a flight they paid for to accommodate pilots that needed to reach a destination. Shows a lack of concern for the customer.
Pros:The desk agent at the Ft. Meyers terminal on our flight was hilarious! He was really funny, and it meant a lot to see him make people laugh!!!!
Pros:Denise the fight attendant was very nice and let me off the plane first so I can try to make my connection in a different terminal
Cons:Flight boarded 45 minutes late while the plane was waiting with the crew to board for an on time departure. I missed my connecting flight and the gate attendant was not helpful with getting me in touch with my airline to see about getting another flight. The ground crew was completely disorganized and couldn't give answers as to why we were delayed.
Pros:Timely, efficiemt
Cons:The gentleman sitting next to me took up half of my seat due to his size (luckily I'm petite) and the man sitting behind me kept kneeing me in the back; my chair was even upright the entire time. Very uncomfortable. I'm glad if was a short flight. No food and no entertainment and that is why there are no stars for it. It was a short flight, anyway.
