|Top route||Zurich to Stockholm Arlanda|
On time, stuff was professional and polite, good food. Thank you
Not good connection
It was an excellent service.
Loved the service, crew was very accommodating and attentive, food was amazing
First time traveling after COVID- Swiss air exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful experience. Looking forward to flying Swiss air very soon. Gilda Osorio
Missed flights due to inadequate scheduling and time between flight, late flight departures and arrivals.
Screeming misbehaved children running and screaming the entire flight, inconsiderate passengers, all ignored by the crew, late departures late arrivals, missed flights due to unreasonably close scheduling of time between flights, uninspiring food, crowded spaces.
I was Disappointed
Worst airline I have ever took! Seat was broken, And they would not give us two other seats. The plane was filthy. Full flight. Food was horrible, vegetarian was rice with curry. I will never fly Swiss again! Also, our flight was delayed but not airline fault, staffing issues at airports. We had to stay 50 Minutes extra in air and on tarmac waiting to land and unload. Parents also let their demonic children run wild and misbehave on flights. It was a nightmare!
Boarding crew was clearly selective of who they would like to weigh the carry-on of. When I say selective, I mean, me. They haven’t continued weighing other people’s bags, even when their bags looked heavier than mine. Their bias was showing. (And that’s to a frequent flyer with status)
This flight was cay Nobody sent any email to me about this
I don’t like this lines because my flight from Zurich to wasaw was canceled and I spend 8 h in Zurich airpot for nothing
It was more the fault of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and the entire experience was a circus.
Both planes were uncomfortably warm
Always enjoyable travel with Swiss!
Thankfully the flight was short, but the crew was not very receptive and kind. They were s little ubrupt.
Not very helpful and courteous crew at the gate when they printed the ticket with assigned seat that I did not have yet. After waiting in line for a few minutes, they asked me to go back to them for help in a couple of minutes. Very confused! Extremely uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food was good, and the staff was very helpful and kind, but the TVs on the very last row on the left did not work at all the entire flight. Very disappointed.
The crew and food were great - the ground crew in Zurich was extremely slow in helping guests.
……our flight from Rome to Zurich left 90 minutes late and we missed our flight to Newark
- When serving drinks, the hostess was unaware that her filled bottle of Coke was open. If it weren't for my wife, the Coke bottle would have tipped over and slip all over me. - When clearing the drink glasses, the air host, while trying to throw away someone else's glass - spilt the un-drunk liquid (hopefully water) all over my sleeve! My sleeve was completely drenched! And he did not realize he had done this! I had to get his attention and tell him he had drenched my sleeve! He got me some paper towels to wipe myself and apologized by saying he lost his bearings or something like that! His apology sounded more like “im sorry it happened; but it happened… Quite disappointed
Lousy seats No entertainment
Food tastiness was not good. The second meal had a bad a pizza or kiech like thing but was very bad smell that we couldn't eat.
Flight was fine but the air flow was insufficient. After landing, we waited an hour for a gate to open up with no air conditioning and a burning smell in the cabin.
Family was upgraded from economy to business class. Wonderful experience! Food was great and the service was exceptional! We did have a tight connection in Zurich because of air traffic congestion. That said, our bags did not reach Chicago. That is understood but Swiss Air should have their stand staffed several hours after the flight arrives due to O'Hare immigration back ups to handle any baggage issues. Furthermore, Swiss Air should have a working US 800 number to handle any baggage issues. I called their customer service number and they gave me the number for Lufthansa baggage, then the number for United baggage, then the number for Swiss Air baggage in Zurich. Swiss Air customer service was not helpful with my baggage issues. A global airline should have working 800 numbers in the US or should empower their customer service agents to handle these events. I completely understand the tight connection and bags not making it onto the aircraft, but there needs to be a first rate support system in place if this occurs. Swiss Air is lacking in this respect.
Flight from Zurich to Florence was fine
mask obligation would helpful. flight felt particularly unsafe.
Very satisfied overall
The crew was attentive and had a pleasant demeanor. The checkin process was good but surprisingly your ticket counter did not have a CC machine to process payments. Calling in by your staff was a chore and the individual was visibly frustrated when on the other end they could not understand a 4 digit expiration date. The seats were very tight and uncomfortable. The food was minimal in quantity and just ok in quality and taste.

Out of the 89 planes that make up this company’s fleet, almost all of them are either Airbus or Boeing. The Airbus A320-200 is the aircraft that is the most frequently used, as it is ideal for medium-range flights and can fit up to 180 passengers. When servicing long distance flights, however, the company opts to use the Boeing 777-300ER, a choice that can fit up to 340 passengers and is the largest twinjet in the world.
