Spacious suites. High parking fee.
The hotel was under construction, over priced for the amenities, they ran out and of drinking water. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice . Very clean and modern. Close to everything. We could not have stayed at a better hotel. Everything
Proximity to convention center More variety at the resturant and room service.
Nice lobby, friendly staff, clean room, requires a key to get into the lobby at night. Easy checkout. Vallet appeared to be the only parking option and it was $44 which was about half the price of the room. I hate hidden fees at hotels. The blanket on the bed was too warm for how the air conditioner cooled.
Price Friendliness of staff and bed
Had a very nice décor, smelled nice, staff very friendly, room very clean, breakfast was nice and was impressed that each mornings meal was different. Close to everything we wanted to see. Availability of tour, buses tours and visitor information we found very helpful
I reserved and paid for a suite two months in advance. When I arrived I was told that the hotel overbooked and was given the only room available. When I showed the confirmation to the clerk I was told," It is not available." The hotel had been paid for a suite and I was given a standard room. The manager gave me a free parking pass and a coupon to the bar as compensation for their mistake.
The Grandeur of it all. The entrance. The Voyer, The Staircase & then the Room. Fantastic The noise of the Ice Machine
Pleasant atmosphere. requested a bath and did not get it. shower not powerfull
Me an my wife went there for our honeymoon and we loved it. Great staff great location, breakfast was great as well. The room was just what we needed, it overlooked the pool which was amazing as well. N/A
The breakfasts were very good (help yourself ... but lots of choice) and the outdoor area within the bed and breakfast ground was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room very nice and clean. The area around the hotel was run down ... close to the Interstate highway. We had an inside room and did not hear the traffic noise, but had to walk under the highways to get to the French Quarter. The room was not well noise insulated and everyone that walked by the room sounded as if they were in the room ... bad when people walked by early in the morning with noisy shoes (heels on the wooden floor) and talked. When people were quiet walking by the room, it was really nice and quiet and a lovely place to stay.
Nice hostel like facilitfacility Garden district location..
Location is excellent. In the historic district, in front of a caffee, near the Convention Center, the Mississippi, and the French Quarter. Very safe zone to walk, enjoy the parks, and see the historic houses. The building is fantastic but lacks refurbishing. The floors, the ceilings, the carpets (that I will take away). The cleanning is fair, but you can see a lot of little things to improve. If the owners will invest in one area, they couild start renting the space, more expensive, and with that money continue remodeling. The historic importance of the building and the area, could make this place, something very special for customers, that would be gladly spend much more for it
