They changed the flight time from 8pm to 11am and did not let me know. I found out coincidentally when I was doing online check in the day before. As for the flight, the landing was delayed for about 40 minutes because we couldn’t land. The pilot took off again as we were about to touch down. Rolled around the city for a long time and passengers were throwing up..
They told us we didn’t have a ticket and refused to help us
The food was really bad. And the crew was messy, rushing. Something happened to a passenger and they were trying to resolve this lady’s problem for over 1 hour. The crew was all talking about loud, walking up and down. And some point I dropped something in the aisle and one of the crew walked by squeezing my head against the seat in front of me. Did not even apologize because they were rushing.

Scheduled to 11:15 PM we boarded at 11:30 and departure 1:10 am. Explanation around paperwork and system issues. Our luggage was left behind and delivered to our house 24 hours later. Wrongly delivered. We received someone else luggage and had to track the delivery guy to make the change. Awful experience.

Worst experience ever. I printed my boarding passes from the machine but one of them wasn’t printed so I had to go to the counter to get the other one. I waited on the line for more than an hour for it

When I was about to leave New York, I was told that my carryon bag had to go as a checked baggage and I told them that I didn’t have a lock for it and they didn’t matter. When I arrived to Lima, I picked up my bags and when I got home my personal pencil case was missing. It might not be that expensive, but I believe that it is not right to steal. I am a teacher and i had plenty of colorful pens, markers, 2 memory sticks and other school supplies. It is just unacceptable not to trust in an airline that can steal to their customers.
Friendly staff and the meal was nice
Delay of 7 hours
Everyone was super nice with us. We had an issue with one of the seats though, that was sharp and painful for a 10hours flight while the second seat we booked was great (next to each other). The crew agreed with us and filed a report for the seat to be repaired. As the plane was fool, they could not change our seats. Unfortunately we were not compensated for anything after contacting LATAM
All was perfect except the 1h flight late for 1h. Then I have to go to 3 different locations to deposit 2 luggages
GRU to BSB connecting flight was horrible. In Brazil they were on strike. Instead if owning up to it they put us in the plane, kept us inside the airplane for 3 hours lying saying it was plane problems. Didn’t offer water or anything. Kept closing the curtains. Stated we were going back and switching planes. Then after 2.5 hours they got in a new crew, filled up the plane with gas and said we were ready to take off. I guess the plane fixed itself. Horrible customer service and did everything wrong to not provide us with our right and keep lying and keeping us inside the airplane for 3 hours is horrible

Excellent crew, but delay in boarding
Boarding was good, food was mediocre.
The flight attendants were so kind and patient. The food was the best I've had on an international flight.

My husband’s legs couldn’t fit the space between his seat and the seat in front of him.
The plane was late to board . Almost I did lost my connection . Other the that . The crew were wonderful .
