Cons: I was denied booking because they didn't properly issue my boarding pass. They refused to pay a hotel and kept lying and mistreating me.
Pros: The crew was great
Cons: the food
Cons: The service and the flight connection which we missed because of the short amount of time in between the 2 flights.
They didn't wait for us, as we got told they would, since our first flight was with Iberia. And this flight was late
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Being able to go home
Pros: Lounge closed - last to board for business
Cons: Food and Service in Business Class
Pros: The flight happened and no incidents on the flight.
Cons: Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport.
Pros: On time
Cons: The boarding
Pros: On time
Cons: When you book BA and end up with Iberia, that’s definitely not what you want...
Cons: Check in took a very long time. Food was not great. Bathrooms were not cleaned during flight and quite disgusting.
Pros: Iberia is great
Cons: Great airline Iberia is great
Cons: The crew was very aggressive and impolite. As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership.
Cons: Offer a free beverage would have been nice
Pros: Food was very good and crew was very friendly
Cons: Seats were very small... very uncomfortable travel 10hs in a tight seat!
Pros: The onboard store.
Cons: USB ports. They were off.
Pros: Friendliness
Cons: Food selection
Pros: The atendió
Cons: El embarque
Cons: We had to check our bags because the plane was too full, this was inconvenient and it made the plane arrive a little late
Cons: El trato de la tripulacion, la renovacion de los aviones
Pros: On time
Easy and no issues
Pros: The entertainment was nice!
Cons: The seats were not comfortable
Pros: Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service.
Cons: The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience.
Cons: more space and be able to recline
Cons: The seats
Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable seats, good boarding process!
Pros: The crew was okay,...and we got there
Cons: The plane, was a piece of junk, and the AC wasn't working.
Pros: Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!
Cons: Everything. They need an entirely new flight crew, new food service, new gate attendants, new baggage check, new ground crew. Just a joke.
Pros: Almost nothing.
Cons: Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book.
If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip.
Cons: Great flight !!!
Cons: Not loosing my bags
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Very little room amongst the seats. Tiny armrests and little room to move in your seat without disturbing the neighbor. No entertainment
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage.
Pros: Food
Cons: Comfort
Cons: Personal very rude no manners to answer Questions or direct people.
Pros: The crew was very friendly and welcoming
Cons: The boarding process was pretty terrible and disorganized
Pros: Great selection
Cons: Bathrooms are not enough
Pros: Seats were comfortable and the crew was great.
Cons: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Late and bad communication
Pros: Nothing
Cons: That they would not cancel the flight two days prior
Cons: They lost my suitcase
Cons: They lost my suitcase
Cons: Ok
Pros: La atención del crew en el avión
Cons: Aunque Sean viajes cortos ofrecer almenos bebidas
Cons: no air circulation during taxiing
Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.
Pros: They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth.
Cons: During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price.
And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :)
Thanks!
Pros: The price was right!
Cons: I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.
Cons: The suitcase did not zrrive
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.
Cons: The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff with bad attitude and willingness to help...
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very poor service and staff attention...the food is horrible, even worse than Ryanair, Easyjet, etc...
Pros: The crew was very cordial and professional
Cons: The boarding was crazy. They called group one and met anyone board and the said all other groups. I was In premium economy and wanted my group 2 that I paid extra for. Also you must use their special earphones which they collect 45 minutes prior to landing. It sure I’ll do premium economy again. I don’t se me the benefit
Cons: Between first flight from Venice to get the airplane to San Juan just 50 minutes. We were running to get a board
Cons: The gates were announce at the time of boarding. No enough time to get the gate
Pros: Buena comida a bordo y peliculas de entretenimiento.
Cons: Asientos incómodos oara un viaje de 10 horas.
Pros: Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.
Cons: Keep scheduled flight times.
Pros: The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did.
Cons: The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent.
Founded in 1927 and operating out of its hub in Madrid, Iberia is one of the oldest airlines in the world. It is the official national airline of Spain, featuring red and yellow stripes on the tail of the fleet. Low-cost carrier Iberia Express and domestic focused Air Nostrum are subsidiaries of the airline. In 2011 they partnered with British Airways to form the International Airlines Group, which has since added Aer Lingus and Vueling to the franchise.
Economy, Economy Premium and Business Class fares are offered on Iberia flights. Additional leg room of approximately 5 in is afforded by upgrading to Economy Premium, while the Business section provides a seat that reclines flat and is over 6 ft 6 in long. Additional features such as streamlined security processing, acoustic insulated headphones, cocktail tables and luxury magazines are also available to Business passengers.
Airbus is exclusively chosen as the preferred manufacturer. The Airbus A350-900 is one of the largest models in the fleet and is capable of carrying roughly 350 passengers. Many of the aircraft are named after influential Spanish figures including Salvador Dalí, Atoni Gaudí and Plácido Domingo. Iberia also serves as an aircraft maintenance company, helping with plane upkeep for a number of airlines, such as Qatar Airways.
As part of the oneworld alliance alongside major carriers like American Airlines and LATAM Airlines, they contribute to services that reach more than 150 countries. The combination of member hubs allows customers to complete round-the-world trips and benefit from quicker transfers. Interline e-ticketing ensures multiple leg journeys are simplified.
