Front desk is a pleasure to deal with....quick, knowledgeable and will do all possible to help every way the can. No lines or wait time checking in or out. Breakfast is fantastic, both assortment and service. The only hotel really to stay in Frankfurt.

Pros: The hotel is extremely nice, definitely on par with places like the Ritz Carlton. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they do a special rooftop sunrise that was an unexpected addition.
Cons: The only thing that was a bit odd was that the restrooms have only large floating glass doors which don't fully close or lock in any way, so... Let's just say you hear absolutely everything from the toilet in the entire room.

Cons: The rooms were what I would expect for a hotel of this calipher. However, common areas such as the lobby were small and became crowded with guests checking in and out. I was disapointed with the level of service from the staff. I had a maid wake me up on a Saturday morning before 8 AM wanting to clean my room. I wasn't even checking out that day. It took a number of staff levels and a fair amount of my time to get that situation resolved to my satifaction.

Pros: The Hotel was very modern and close to the airport. The room had a huge bathroom with heated floors. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I stayed on the 9th floor and had a lovely view of the city. I used the pool and the sauna, which were very nice too. The free shuttle was convenient and ran every 15-minutes from the hotel to the airport. I booked my breakfast with the hotel together, which was cheaper then the $28 Euro price that they were asking for at the hotel. I would certainly stay at this hotel again!
Cons: I booked this hotel through Kayak and at check-out the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, which I needed in order to get reimbursed by my office. Internet was a bit slow in the room and in the business center.

We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.

Pros: This is an airport hotel, and it carries out that function well. The location is obviously great (directly on top of the train station, a comfortable indoor walk away from the terminal). Some earlier reviews suggested that there was a charge for wifi usage; this seems to have changed as the Wifi I used was not only free but stable and decently fast.
Cons: Nothing reeaally bothered me, but it fosters the typical fear of breathing on the wrong thing for fear you'll be charged for it. They charge a 50-euro fee at check in to cover "incidental expenses" – uh-oh.

The hotel is also relatively inexpensive. The location - across the square from the railway station - makes planning of travel easy.

Pros: The staff, especially at the reception desk was very nice. They seemed all very welcoming and always showing a warm smile. They also did their job diligently and were always willing to help. I actually remember and want to thank Melanie for helping me find my lost wallet. There was no excess of luxury, but my room was big, quiet and very comfortable. Honestly, it is a perfect place to stop by since it is very comfortable and convenient at a small walking distance from the airport.
Cons: No free wifi all around in quite inconvenient. In order to achieve excellence of service, that is a must nowadays. Also, the wait for the check in was a little exaggerated, but it was caused by external circumstances to the hotel (flight cancellations) so it is totally understandable. And once again, the staff remained calm and welcoming despite people's complaints.

Pros: Never leaving the building to go from the train station to the hotel, then to the airport terminal the next morning was incredibly convenient.
Cons: The window curtains did not close fully at each end of the window, which allowed some light into the room at night. The bathroom floor had a blunt edge of raised stone-like flooring material at the threshold. I had to fold a towel several times and lay it over the threshold in order not to catch my toe and stub it or trip. Poor design!

This hotel should never even think of charging 50 euro for what is included at 99 percent of hotels. Their food prices in the restaurants were also absurd across the board. Nice hotel but felt like I was being squeezed for every nickel and dime possible. Expected more than this.

Pros: Like that this hotel is within walking distance of the airport. I take the skytrain to T2, go to the lower level and have a short walk over to the hotel. Pricing is always good ... this is my go-to hotel when I need to stay over after or before a flight to Frankfurt.
Cons: Challenge right now with all the construction of roads and buildings around the hotel area. Little tougher than usual to get in and out ... not the hotel's fault.

As I had an early flight, I awoke at 3 and did not take a chance on going back to sleep for fear of missing my flight. Cons: Restaurant is on the pricey side. I had a poor service experience when I went there for dinner. I started giving my order, and the waitress suddenly walks off to another table that was getting seated, returning 10 minutes later to take my order. Once done eating, it took 20 minutes to get the waitress' attention to get my check, and the restaurant was only about one-third full. I think it was just my particular waitress, for the other seemed to be paying more attention to all her tables. I decided on room service after that, and had a mixed experience. Once it came quickly, the other time it took close to an hour, although I was occupied, so didn't mind.

The staff never mentioned that you need to book a "token" on the shuttle but to get to the airport. I refused to get out because I'd been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting and that was not my fault (or problem). But it was annoying.

The shuttle bus is going any way, with or without passengers!!! We took a TAXI (two persons) en we paid 17.00 Euros, 3 more than if we had used the shuttle bus and we arrived at the precise entrance of the airport.

Pros: I found the shuttle bus with out any effort, and the schedule was posted on a information board at the hotel shuttle stop. So I knew how long I had to wait for the next shuttle. My room was good, simple and quiet. The bed was comfortable and not hard, so I got a good nights sleep. The food in the restaurant was quite good.
Cons: I ordered a wake up call and the phone did not ring so I did not get the call. Fortunately, I woke up in time and made my flight!!! I should have used my own alarm clock!! Next time I will just to be sure and have a back up, in case the hotel doesn't get my wake up call in time.
