Frankfurt am Main hotels near Hauptwache

The french restaurant, we asked to have a healthy, without animal fat dinner and we got it, it was great. We got a room, which was not made (still not cleaned).

Quiet Hotel - Minibar attendant entered room without knocking- when he found I was eating my lunch he did not excuse himself he just continued to open the ninibar and access and refill the items. Very inconsiderate! The chambre maid did not understand English therefore could not understand my instructions. The price of the breakfast of Eur29 is very high for a buffet breakfast - the same price as the room service breakfast. the equivalent to USD35+ for a simple breakfast is extremely high.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Service was a bit slow at the breakfast buffet.

Close to metro and shops The room did not have a bath

Girl on reception who gave excellent service and help with our booking could not remember her name, also the beds were very comfortable. Disapointed because the television service in english was not working and we had to visit cinema instead.

A good business hotel in the centre of the city

The location was nice. And the glass shower... Was awesome! The food was okay if you like to eat nothing! Luckily there was a subway down the street! Also I got the Deluxe weekend package...and they never served the champane on arrival...

Spectacular view on the frankfurter Skyline from the terrace restaurant and bar No direct access to the hotel doorstep for cabs or cars: you have to carry your load from the parking or the square in front of the hotel; breakfast is poor and the part of the restaurant devoted to breakfast tables carries heavy reminiscences of fryin oil still in the morning...

The highlight of this fine hotel has got to be the view! For the lack of a better word: it's perfect! Furnishings could be better. Old school tv / radio but that would only matter if you actually pay attention to such things.

The hotel is great; comfortable and clean... ...but reception staff is not friendly enough and no help for carrying the baggages. It is a nightmare when you checkout with your baggages.

Behavior of the staff and reception was excellent That was the 1st time that I saw in that hotel that they didn't change the sheet and pillow cover and blanket cover for next guest! That was the 1st time that I saw some hair and dust on the sheet and pillow cover there. That was my favourite hotel and I wondered!

It was good place and situation is very good. Breakfast was good. There wasn`t a little "Lobby Bar" .

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel can also not be faulted. The rooms are a tad on the small side and rather warm

Excellent location for the Frankfurt market, comfortable rooms. Minor comments only:No tea/coffee making facilities. TV had 1 channel only!

Excellent location near shopping / eating area, easy access to the Messe - journey time just 15 mins. No English language channels on the TV!
