Frankfurt am Main hotels in Schwannheim

Airport shuttle was delayed in the morning. Excuse from staff: Shuttle driver was late for work because of highway traffic. Shuttle was parked at premises. I nearly lost my flight because of that. Will not use the hotel again.

Hotel represents good value for money and convenient location to attend Book Fair. Rooms are good size and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast area is inadequate during busy times. Food and beverages run out quickly and the self-service area is too cramped. There is no evening dining available and as the hotel is fairly remote this is rather inconvenient on arrival in the evening.

Closeness to the airport. The room had a terrible smell...i.e. new carpet and closed windows. No phone in the room, unable to use calling card on pay phone. It is more a hostel then a hotel. The breakfast was expensive for the items offered.

Front Desk Service was great.Room was very new and clean Highway/Auotobahn infront of my window.

needs thorrow renovation, just the lobby is renovated, rooms are still 70ths look like but in an oldfashioned way the food was very lousy quality, old furniture, this is definately not the standard for a sheraton

Good facilities and easy to find hotel Yes, we were disappointed that the check in person initially put us in a lower category than confirmed room. After showing them our reservation confirmation, they had no choice but to finally give us the agreed rooms. This however costs us at lear a hour or so to finally occupy the room. Not very friendly service.

Location is great for airport access. Rooms and services are adequate. Clean, no frills hotel. Breakfast (23 Euros) is too expensive for the choices and parking (16 Euros) is also too costly, compared to the availability of places in the area. Be prepared to wait in line for 15-20 minutes to settle the bill as all the business travelers check out at the same time. Internet is overly charged at rooms.

The room was relatively small and its furniture was somewhat old. The bathroom was also small. There was also no safety boxes in the room.

It was located at a very quiet area. The bunker beds in the family room and also the beds were very hard.so must have single or double beds in family room .

Close to FRA. It was clean and comfortable enough. Locally isolated. There were no restaurants within walking distance. I got the last parking space (on the street) and once parked did not dare move my car.

I did like, mainly the wi-fi internet service. The payment was already made before the arriving!!

It was close to the airport and had a bunk bed for the child. Not enough restaurants near by.
