Excellent

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful. I was very pleased with my experience. The only downside is that the hotel was on the outskirts of town, a bit far from attractions, dining, and entertainment options. I did not mind too much because I was pleased with the experience overall.

Good connection to public transportation. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. In general a good value for money. Would recommend hotel but conditionally. AC seemed old and was very weak. If the weather is warm just consider no air-conditioning in the room, it is useless. We had it on all day and it didn't cool the room. Staff isn't technically prepared. I had a technical problem using the internet access code given at the reception, and as it was weekend no one could help solving it so I ended without internet.

Good location right next to Hessen-Center underground station. Direct trains to the old town and the main station. There is a shopping area close by and it's ideal if you are going to watch FSV Frankfurt football as it is only 5 minutes from here. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast although pricey was substantial.

The location was good. It was very easy to get to the hotel on public transportation and the directions were very clear. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
