Pros:Crew was great. Space was good.
Cons:The seats are a bit old and worn, it was a uncomfortable after a little while.
Pros:That they let me sleep

Cons:headphone jack poorly working, wasnt offered a blanket until half way through the trip. THe boarding line at Piarco was not organized at all.

Pros:I did not like nothing about this flight on December 28, communication was poor, the flight was delayed for 9and a half hours. .it was ridiculous . I haven't used them for 3 years and finally decided to try them again. ..big mistake.

Cons:Horrible flight. One of the worst I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Flight was 90 minutes late and that was just the start of things. Baggage delivery took over 100 minutes in FLL with no Caribbean Airlines personnel to be found. Since CA has no interline agreement coming into the US I was told I was on my own. Missed my connecting flight (3 1/2 hour connection and I still missed it!) and was out $1200 out of my pocket to get a new reservation. Horrible, horrible airline!
Pros:I like the seating and the air hostesses were very courteous and helpful. The boarding process was excellent and I was very comfortable throughout the flight, I had lots of legroom. The entertainment was ok. Overall I had a great time flying with Caribbean Airline and I will surely fly with Caribbean Airline again.
Cons:I did not like the check in process the guy at the counter was not very courteous. He was telling me about my name which I used all the time for traveling all over the world. He also let me open my computer to show him my return ticket and then he was telling me to give him ticket number when there was no ticket number on the itinerary. I did not like the vegetarian sandwich the bread was too hard and dry and the vegetables was mediocre.
