Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.

All the service was very good. The only thing was that the flight was delayed. We didn't miss the connection, but other passangers were about to.
We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.
The airplane from Houston to Rio and from Sao Paulo to Houston was way too cold for humans. I was fully bundled up with thick jeans, a hoodie, a jacket and, thin blanket provided and still I was freezing. The passengers near me were also complaining of the cold. The food was disgusting. It would be illegal to serve that food in jails in America. The crew was nice.
Seat doesn’t recline - had to travel 8 hours like a zombie, Besides, sound on entertainment device (TV) only one channel worked. Was monaural not stereo (just one side) Stewardess said “sorry” meaning “it’s your problem
The Campinas airport has very poor signage, access for gate A8 is very confusing. Need more info on how to get from a domestic flight to international boarding. The place is a maze
Good have been much better being informed of the delayed.
Pros: Crew was fine. Seat average.
Cons: At meal time 200 people take their masks off to eat. And that’s acceptable. But in the middle of the night you wake people up because their masks slipped down off their noses! Ridiculous.

Pros: I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy.
Cons: The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices.
Cons: Two hours stuck at gate with no information. Info on site and at airport on baggage costs different. Left bag behind to fit more cargo. Two days and haven’t delivered bag.
Cons: During covid pandemic they put no efforts to show the aircraft clean or maintained the distance between passengers
