The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. Good service and food. For buying items on flight should be preordered as they don’t keep much stock on board.

Very good flight from Boarding to landing -efficient and comfortable with decent entertainment options

Excelent service and plenty of food and drinks during the flight. Flight crew very attentive to our needs. Leg room between rows are very disappointing.

The seat in economy class and legroom in Singapore airline are narrower than Korean airlines! I don’t have that comforting feeling flying with Singapore air as in the past!

Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

Food could have been better. Too many passengers getting up and down all the time.

Delayed 1hour due to storm still didn't get window seat for third flight despite paying £240 extra to book them

It was ok, not much more can be said, as long as airlines/aircraft manufacturers insist on cramming in as many seats as possible....best of a bad situations, seats are simply too uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few hours. Worst air experience in whole life . Boarding and checking was hassle as they did 3 times. Crew team was clueless about passengers need. Despite of passengers raising hand , they were resetting the program

Did not like anything. Seats were crammed, leg space was minimal and food was terrible. This was the first time traveling overseas in American Airlines and was the worst experience ever. Have learned a lesson to never travel in American Airlines.

Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.

The seat was like there is no leg space....there were no proper option for food in the airline. It seemed like the airline was at brink of bankruptcy. The crew was helpful except for a few.

All was fine , but air conditioning was not working on board properly so was very hot

Both my luggages were never sent from Istanbul. After 10 hour flight from DC to Turkey and another 12 hour layover in Istanbul Airport, I would’ve at least expected to find my luggages when I arrived in Addis Ababa, but that wasn’t the case. After 2 hours of waiting at the luggage carousel, we were told that our luggages would be arriving the next day after midnight. I was already so exhausted, that I hated having to come back to the airport the next day. Thankfully, I received both my luggages the following day. It’s just, the whole experience was exhausting.

Food is getting worse. They use to be different than other airlines. Their economy classes food sucks. Stuff was very helpful.

Not worth pay business classs and get service economy class

Make sure to request a vegetarian meal in advance. They printed out menus for all passengers with the options but by the time they were halfway through (for breakfast and dinner), the vegetarian options were already all taken.

Boarding was chaotic. Cabin noisy. Temperature a bit cool. Bathrooms not cleaned enough.

I was in business class for the 8 hour flight where: 1. The WiFi did not work 2. The entertainment system did not work 3. We were told there were no hot drinks for the entire flight

I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.

Flight boarded three hours late for no reason other than someone made a huge error in crew scheduling. We missed our connecting flight in Madrid and got zero help from American or Iberian airlines on rebooking. We had to pay for a car to take us to the Madrid train station and pay for train tickets to Santiago. We never used our booked flight to Santiago. American claims I can submit the expenses but they are not obligated to cover them. Very frustrating.

They cancelled the flight)(they said bad weather but many other flights took off) and made us wait 5 hours in line to figure out what to do. We ended up making a new flight the next day on another airlines...I hope they honor giving us our money back

Flight from Costa Rica to Madrid was excellent. Good food and service. The flight from Madrid to Brussels was very poor . No food , no entertainment, no usb … Total package was quite expensive so you should give same service on the second flight

We travelled with Level, which is a subsidiary of Iberia. They mixed up all our seats, downgraded few from premium economy fo economy. The crew were not professional, they seem to be in a rush! Also some with an attitude

business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
