Tightest knee space ever experienced on any budget airline. Crew polite and efficient, take off and arrival on time. Surprised that they did not offer water on flight except as sales product. Questions about Food and entertainment not applicable since neither are offered.

At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Flight delayed for one hour last minute change the gate this is something new? We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

My flight boarding was interrupted as gate staff said I needed visa in advance for Vietnam....

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.

Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!

By the time the “sell “ cart came around to row 17 they were out of several items. This happened both leaving and arriving in Kuala Lumpur. Poor planning.

Crews could have been more friendly and helpful . One specific crew was a bit rude to some passengers
