Pros: everything from security check, boarding, crew, food was excellent, I have no complaints about my trip from Dubai to NewYork, I wish it was the same between Mumbai to Dubai..again Emirates need to train their staff @ Mumbai airport, It was one of my bad experience ever on any airlines or airport.

Cons: everything is great, no reason to complain.

Cons: Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed.

Cons: Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process.
