Paid for seat upgrades but the seats were broken so had to move to seats with no leg room. Overall, service was poor. Asked for a blanket, which everyone received but there wasn't one on my chair--told that there wasn't anymore, but then saw them give out extra blankets to people and saw a huge stack of extra blankets.

Boarding was slow and could have been faster. Flight delayed over an hour and mad rush to catch the connecting flight which was very stressful for seniors! Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.

Great experience in business class. Plane seat configuration is dated with three seats in a row but very spacious and lie flat worked fine. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient for the flight duration. WiFi does not work. Flight attendants are awesome and food is OK.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Check in process was excellent. Lounge needs improvement. Food not palatable and no good choices.

When I checked in, there was no option available for selecting a gluten-free meal. The lounge offerings were inadequate for someone with a gluten-free diet, and the staff in the lounge were not helpful at all.

Upgraded to a business class by an auction and it was the cheapest bid.
