Dinner was good, but the breakfast served in the morning was horrible.

Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.

The flight was officially delayed 3 times, and was actually later than that. Combined, it was a 3 hour delay, but there was no recognition (miles, voucher, etc). The crew seemed stressed. The captain sounded nervous in his announcements. The flight itself was smooth and uneventful.

we did a return flight from Paris CDG to SFO. This trip was much better than the departing flight SFO to CDG. The food was better quality, the crew was nicer, and the interior of the plane seemed cleaner.

Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate

I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

Chargers didn’t work, no entertainment and we had to wait for taxiing for easily 40 minutes after arriving early. Bags were late too!

Everything except the food and entertainment. It was a great experience though

the whole trip was smooth, and as comfortable as flying is these days. flight crew was friendly and very courteous and helpful.

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
