The crew was always polite and pleasant, but our flight was delated by almost an hour.
As an elite member i was put in the back - bad Also both flight delay total more than 1 hour
More helpful staff.
this is a great airline to fly on. I have not ever had a bad experiance with China Air.
service was good meal needs improvement
Pros: Premium economy that is the best we’ve had . Better amenities, food, service than any other airline we’ve tried
Pros: Never happened. Please refund ASAP Due to COVID-19 I have tried to email
Pros: Despite the Covid-19, l'm so happy that China Airlines is operating and safely brought us back to SFO.
Cons: Kayak really dropped the ball and I have lost the entire cost of the tickets AND the travel insurance which didn't do anything. What a waste!
Pros: Seat is comfortable.
Cons: Very nice airplane. Ride is comfortable. Processing in immigration is very fast. In 30min you are in the parking lot already.
Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable seating, and good food. Enjoyed my flight with China Airlines and will travel with them again in the future!
Pros: organization ans timely process on the check in counter on forward
Cons: the gate announcements not very clear.
Cons: Seats need better padding
Pros: I love china and china east air, its my favorite!
Cons: Everything was good, better boarding lines, people get worked up when lining up
Pros: Yes, crew was friendly, efficient, & helpful.
Pros: The crew was very friendly & movie choices were excellent
Cons: Neither my USB or electrical plug worked (this happened on my flight out as well), the loud music was terrible and played too long interrupting movie, headrests were literally so hard they were painful. I had a headache afterwards for hours.
Pros: Seat spacing was bigger than my flights to Bangkok/Taipei, loved movie choices
Cons: sanitation wipes for trays and arm rests
Cons: The entertainment system constantly plays media you can't control during the full takeoff and landing times, you can't even turn off the screen. This was particularly annoying during a nighttime landing. Also most of the movies had their content edited.
Cons: Check-in was poorly organized in Narita. Bag Drop off only took longer than regular check-in
Pros: The ground steward in LAX attended to our needs. He was cheerful and made us feel welcome.
Cons: The service on both flights, from LAX to Taipei and from Taipei to Manila. The flight attendants need to smile more often. They look so serious, especially when you ask them for something.
Cons: Seats we’re tight on second flight. They had an odd foot rest protruding.....?
Attentive staffs, limited Moslem meal selection, no dessert
Pros: Attentive staffs, shortest time on flight connection.
Cons: My seat couldn't recline
Moslem meal were only based on Indian cuisine, no dessert!
Pros: One Air Hostess was extraordinary hospitable, shortest time on flight connection.
Cons: Limited Movies, no amenities
Pros: Great food and entertainment
Cons: On time departure
Pros: The diabetic meals
Cons: Headphones and more snacks.
Pros: The food was great and the service was good as well.
Cons: They did not give us instant noodle when we asked for it and the seats in Economy did not have foot rest in front like Singapore Airline.
Pros: The food was great and so was the service.
Cons: The ride was a bit bumpy at times. I wish there is a foot rest in front for Economy class, just like Singapore Airline .
Pros: Service is excellent as always
Cons: Food could be better
