Overall experience was bad , one does not expect after travelling for 14 hrs in Boing 777-300 ER to be pushed in to a craft with a extermly poor seating pitch, no room for hand baggage in the luggege bins and extermly poor service quality. This patch made my overall expereince mediocre and would definetly look for better choices when flying in or out of Delhi in future.

The plane and services in Emirates flight from Los Angeles to Dubai were very good . But plane and services in flight from Dubai to Delhi were very poor/uncomfortable. Staff at Dubai and crew in Dubai plane was very very disappointing|shabby. Wheel chair was given only for a very small part of layover at Dubai and we faced great inconvenience. In short , our experience Dubai onwards(fly Dubai) was very bad and uncomfortable.

Cons: "Wasn’t happy with the accommodation after the flight cancellation, was told no other flights for 3 days so I ended up paying $250 more to get on a different airline that day to make the wedding I was going for."

Cons: "Flight is not clean,I was given non veg food instead of veg saying there is shortage of vegetarian food packs, what if I’m a pure vegetarian? Should I stay hungry? Also they took a very long time to serve the food, be it breakfast, snack or dinner.Each time I ask for something the answer has been always da same ‘’ we are sorry we don’t have that’’ Due to worst possible seat so far I have asked for an extra pillow and as expected they don’t have."
Cons: "I asked for water three times, three different crew members but never got the water during the flight to Dubai, when alighting that's when i asked for the water again from a crew who was manning the business class section and got it."

Cons: "1.cabin temperature varied from cold to very warm 2.I asked the cabin crew for a blanket but they forgot about it 3.I ordered a whisky with ice - was given half a tot with 2 small blocks of ice 4.only one person was serving drinks and food on my aisle so it was very slow service (other aisle had 2 crew serving)"
Cons: "While seated in the plane we saw our second suit case. We called the stewerd and advised him of our observation and he promised to check with his supervisors; he came back and confirmed that all is under control. Arrived Bordeaux and the luggage didn’t. It took two days to get the suitcase and it took hours of follow up and the airport agent kept giving false excuses. At the end we drove to the airport and picked it up ourselves. Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."

Cons: "Unmanaged two-year olds crying throughout the 10-hour flight. Will avoid IST going forward as well. Chaotic airport with little or no management present. Had to wait through SIX separate lines for a simple flight transfer. Had the body scans TWICE. Ridiculous. Nearly missed my 10-hour flight to Chicago."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by over two HOURS. When we got to Istanbul, our connecting flight to NY could not wait 15 MINUTES and instead left. We ended up spending 18 hours in Istanbul for the next flight. 1. The personnel at the transfer desk were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. They seemed like they could not be bothered with our problems. 2. Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."
Pros: "I have travelled internationally many times and this was my worst flight to date."
Cons: "They broke my $1000 vintage musical instrument. Check-in counter lady assured me that it would be well taken care of, but they totally broke it. I went to airport to file property irregularity report and their staff denied to file it and said that it was my mistake. I am not going to fly Turkish airlines anymore. Even the food was bad."

Hot, uncomfortable and very rough take off and landing. Very regrettable.
The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.
Cons: "First of all, my flight had no option to plug my cellphone, there was no TV screen and no WiFi.. they served some loaf of bread cut in half with some spices inside and called it dinner! But the most disappointing thing is the fact is that they LOST BOTH OF MY LUGGAGE BAGS, and the most they could offer me is $50 compensation (my belongings worth thousands of dollars) And even this I would have to claim from my “home country” which is completely unreasonable as my home country isn’t the one lost my luggage, the airlines had! Beyond shocked, disappointed and aggravated, this was my first time flying this airlines and I promise you it’s the last. Won’t recommend to anyone."

Cons: "Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation"
Pros: "We had a ridiculously tight transit, arriving in Addis Ababa 20 minutes before our Madrid flight was meant to depart, and I was amazed by the outstanding support and assistance provided by the ground staff. Every single person who was meant to make the connecting flight did—and our luggage did too!"
