Checking in prior on line and wait time at Gatwick was terrible. I would rate a big fat ZERO.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more accomodating; however, the air-conditioning was broken in our section of the aircraft, leaving us feeling extremely cold and unwell on arrival in Johannesbury. The head sets were also faulty, causing difficulty when listening to announcements and entertainment.

Fair, difficult to find the departure gate. Luggage delayed on arrival

The flight was great, due to the impeccable service of the British Airlines staff. This was our first time in Business Class and it was amazing. The flight was delayed over 4 hours due to mechanical issues which is our only complaint of the trip.

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.

Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.

Was 3 hrs delayed and my poor friend I met in Barcelona was waiting at airport for 3 hrs. Dallas airport was awful

I paid for business class…. And was counting on the usual packet of toilettes to be provided. They were not because not enough were brought on the plane so they could t give to some and not all. So no tooth brush nor eye cover. Then NO coffee since there was no hot water. The lay I er too short because of delays and my luggage didn’t make the next flight!! It is now a day later and I am awaiting to hear if my bag has arrived. Very inconvenient!. I suppose I need to be glad that I spend over $4000 since I doubt those in coach or premium economy even made that next flight..Heathrow is the worst.

The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.
