Food was good. For a long haul flight, there was “0” zero entertainment! What a disappointment. I do try to avoid BA. Next time its Emirates via Dubai to Cairo.

I like everything about British Airways. Excellence. Perfect. Exquisite service.

Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.

People were nice. Seats are so cramped my knees had to be pressed into the seat in front of me.

I was in a bulkhead seat and my tray table wasn't level. Eating was difficult.

Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).

I was attacked in the Miami airport and the staff did nothing. On my flight from London to Miami one of the flight attendants screamed at me and demanded I keep my seat in the upright position at all times during the fight so the man behind me was comfortable for the flight. I will never in my life use British airways again

It was perfect. The service was exceptional. I would never want to cross the Atlantic in anyone else's sardine tins.

In-flight service was very good. The entertainment system keeps resetting, it happened at least 7 times.

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️
