Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. Dinner was aweful at the hotel Overall very poor experience

Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.

People were nice. Seats are so cramped my knees had to be pressed into the seat in front of me.

Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).

I was attacked in the Miami airport and the staff did nothing. On my flight from London to Miami one of the flight attendants screamed at me and demanded I keep my seat in the upright position at all times during the fight so the man behind me was comfortable for the flight. I will never in my life use British airways again

I had great difficulty in switching flights. The airline said it was up to Kayak and Kayak said it was up to the airline! Incredibly frustrating!!!

It was perfect. The service was exceptional. I would never want to cross the Atlantic in anyone else's sardine tins.

In-flight service was very good. The entertainment system keeps resetting, it happened at least 7 times.

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️
