Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.
The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
I had ordered gluten free vegetarian but I got chicken instead. I wasn’t able to eat the meal. It’s hard not having food to eat when it’s an international flight. I don’t want to complain but when it’s a 14 hours flight. It would be nice to have something to eat.
Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore
Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing

The staff at IST airport could have been more helpful. Too much wasted time and the plane from IST to KHI was just horrible. The plane was not clean and smelled bad!
This is my 2nd time with the Turkish airline. Would definitely recommend. In stability we connected to Indiago would not recommend, very cramped seating. No inflight entertainment..service was inferior.
I liked the movie selection and the speed getting the luggage. I did not like the fact that for premium they did not have a personal kit with toothpaste, I travel all the time in premium economy and bussiness and althought the kit might bot be the same at least you have the smalles kit in premium economy. I did not like either that because i was in the last row of premium economy nothing made it to my seat. They run out of the food I wanted ( it is a surprise because there were only 6-7 rows. They would run out of orange jouice were thy were passing water/orange juice around, they run out of some alcohol. I am undertand running out of it but I don’t understand why mot getting kore. The service I received in row 11 was different from the service in rows 7,8…. Also the screen on my tv was broken. It did not respond to touch. So, in conclusion, if I compare my flight going to Europe with an American airline plane in premium and the one with British, British expereince was significantly much worse. This company is declining fast.
I really liked it when the First Officer mentioned that we could see Paris out of the window on the left.
The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.
Very bad. Business class money is paid but service is worst than economy with empty middle seat. Very low grade food, very poor toilet. This should be highlighted as worst business class in the world. Government of Jordan should ban British airways for misleading information.
Smooth trip no turbulence which is always a bonus for me lol! In cattle class so an element of being a bit squished (but not as bad as other shorter haul airlines) smaller plane than the one we flew out on and entertainment system wasn’t as modern but still definitely passed the time. Lovely crew x
We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep
No WiFi in either flight. No leg room, the seat in front of me left dents on my knees and the tray was so low my knees propped it up if I tried to use it.
It was a good experience, especially travelling with a baby and their accessories
I paid for full WIFI- it was terrible, kept being in and out could not listen to a podcast
Checking in prior on line and wait time at Gatwick was terrible. I would rate a big fat ZERO.
