Taking things away feels worse than if we never had it before. Abu Dhabi Doha and Sharjah are all near and cheaper to dxb and it’s tempting to switch as they offer a comprable service. Also dxb is overcrowded itd a long taxi and walk depending on your gate."

Had to go onlong queue at Emirates in KLIA but it was fast."

The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."

Kekurangan: "I had a 22 hour layover. On the website, Turkish Airlines advertises they cover hotel rooms for anyone with a layover exceeding 15 hours. However, it's impossible to get a e-visa to allow Americans to leave the airport to take advantage of this. There is one hotel inside the airport, however it's extremely expensive and booked well in advance. While the service was decent on the plane, inside the airport the TA employee's were very rude and not at all helpful. So be prepared to spend the night on the floor or an uncomfortable bench. Won't fly on this airline ever again."

Kelebihan: "Due to the breakdown in diplomatic relations between the United States and Turkey, we were not able to secure non-immigrant visas to enter Turkey, so we had to cancel our plans to Istanbul. It is a bit of a comfort to note that Turkish Airlines seems likely to refund us the price of our tickets. I appreciate it, because I don't think they are legally obligated, though it is the ethical thing to do."
Kekurangan: "However, even getting our money back on the airline tickets won't reverse the disappointment of going through all of the effort and coordination to plan the trip. I intended to take my nephew to Istanbul, a city I've never been to and always pined to visit, and had encouraged a local friend whose son, close in age to my nephew, is studying music in Istanbul at this time. My nephew is studying in Valencia, and we thought it would be a really fun and memorable experience for them to meet, and maybe they would have decided to do some traveling together in the future or my friend's son could have visited my nephew in Valencia at some point this school year. All these plans went down the drain when we couldn't get visas. We are having to content ourselves with southern Spain instead."

Kelebihan: "Trip from Istanbul was On Time. As a Disabled Person, I was picked up at the baggage ticket counter and expedited through. It was excellent service in Istanbul for me. The plane experience was smooth, with wonderful entertainment on your personal screen with excellent movie, news and music offerings. The crew was wonderful, friendly, smiling and accommodating. No charge on alcoholic drinks! Food was great. Flight was good. At Houston, the assistants for Disabled Persons was wonderful, accompanying me up until I was dropped at Shuttle service to my car. Turkish airlines really impressed me and would use them anytime."
Kekurangan: "In Istanbul, I had to walk from the gate entrance to the plane. Took me 10 minutes to walk the plank, struggling, but no one offered me a wheelchair or assistance. In Istanbul, there was a considerable amount of people waiting to check bags but there were no agents at 2 counters and it really bothered the people waiting and waiting for them to show up. Then the baggage loading track stopped and it stopped all the traffic for a while. Inconveniences but, nevertheless, it affected the travelers anxiety."

Kekurangan: "An elderly woman was booked in a window seat and she insisted she take my aisle seat without any additional available aisle seats. However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

Kelebihan: "Our screens didn't work and they wouldn't move us to a business class seat. It was also freezing, everyone was complaining, I even got sick. It's the worst. Will never travel again with them"

Kekurangan: "I was first seated next to the two largest people on the plane, a couple. There was hardly room for me in the seat. I had the aisle seat. I asked the flight attendant if I could be reseated and she said the plane was full and there were no open seats. She eventually found me a middle seat in the back of the plane, which was so cramped I could harpy move. For a 10 hours flight, not good. I have gold status on Star Alliance, which got me an upgrade from Bishkek to Istanbul, but didn't help on this flight."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

Kelebihan: "Crew was excellent -kind nice and very attentive"
Kekurangan: "Entertainment went out mid flight. Had to be reset off 30 mins but cam back up"

Kekurangan: "Still waiting to board after missing this connection had to be booked on another airline"

Kelebihan: "I bought the Airport tickets for my Russian friend. However customs would not allow her to board the plane unfortunately. That's not Kayaks fault. I would definitely book with Kayak again. Many thanks."

Kelebihan: "Seats were very comfortable, food was excellent, the staff was very nice, cabin was quite and roomy."
Kekurangan: "No outlets to charge digital devices, and need more bathrooms on board. I was able to sleep most of the 11 hour flight so I did not take advantage of the entertainment."

Kekurangan: "The movie selection did not seem extremely varied."

Kekurangan: "Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight."

Kelebihan: "Got to Amsterdam on time and everything was great including the staff"

Kekurangan: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Kelebihan: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Kekurangan: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Kelebihan: "Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice."
Kekurangan: "Elbow room is a little bit awkward and I didn't get to sit next to my fiance WE will still definitely recommend KLM though!"

Kelebihan: "I was upgraded to Buisness so, no complaints"
Kekurangan: "No Marlboro light cigarettes on the duty free shopping cart"

Kekurangan: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Kelebihan: "Service"
Kekurangan: "Only one queue for boarding. Flight late on arrival."

Kelebihan: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Kelebihan: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."
Kekurangan: "my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to."

Kekurangan: "Did not get the luggage from connecting flight from Amsterdan to Basel"

Kelebihan: "Boarding was smooth and hassle free, crew were friendly and helpful, food and drinks were very good, entertainment system is awesome and up to date with latest contents, good flight overall"
Kekurangan: "Cabin noise and air conditioning too cold, didn't sleep well"

Kelebihan: "There was no flight! So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."
